Ring the SW back and give her your mobile number.

Mooloo, this is where you draw the line, for once and for all! Twin 2 has lived on her own - albeit very haphazardly - for the past what - 6 years? Although you are still her mother and feel responsible for her, SHE IS AN ADULT - A VULNERABLE ADULT - and Social Services should be taking responsibility for her - NOT YOU!

I have had a call back ( yes is phoned back and left my mobile).
Social here talked to Social there. They are aware etc I have confirmed twin2 has no home to come back too. I have told Social I cannot help her, and that she would be better off staying away from the people up here who are/were causing her trouble.
They will now hopefully be directing her where to go, they mentioned a Charity/ sounded like Stolhem, but haven't googled them as of yet. Been rather busy.
Just had a lady with a sewing machine to sort out, so was able to take my mind off of twins for half an hour or so.
And breathe, and relax and hope the system actually helps for once.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

Now is the time to sit on your hands. By all means tell the SW how many £££ you have given her over the years, her inability to look after her children, that her judgement about others is deeply flawed, how much she is in debt and the state her HA property was left in.
Let the experts get her sorted out without you continually sticking your finger in the dyke every time it springs a leak.

They told me in their opinion she has the mental capacity to make her own decisions! I just laughed and said your joking aren't you!
I did say I cannot do it anymore. I said DGD is my priority.

Sorry to hear that things are not good.

The charity they mentioned might have been Stonham - they are a Housing Association specialising in care and support.

Thanks EE. Let's hope they can help her. I am dreading the consequences if she is left to her own devices, and if she turns up here I don't want to have to turn her away, but on the same thing I couldn't cope with her living here.

They are a very good organisation - I suppose it all comes down to whether they have vacancies right now.

I can't imagine what you are going through at the moment, the stress and worry must be awful.

How will she get back from Cornwall?

restless night, bad dreams, and then an earworm of a tune too boot! One of DGDs TV programmes! Doc mcStuffins !
The shelves are going into my workroom today! My bedroom currently looks like a clothes/fabric avalanche! Oh well soon things will have their own place.
Then I have had the offer of a work station, so with those I should be raring to sew, and get creative, maybe loose myself in fabric and switch off from twins! They will be the death of me!
I left messages for their Dad, but he never bothered to get back too me. As usual I'm left to deal with it all on my own. Correction, I have all of you too support me! Thank goodness for the advice, support and the ability to let it all out here!
Time to do the washing up, I meant to do that after I'd posted on MFin3, and then I came on here :(
