No energy to feel torn! I was back in bed by 7. Then had to get up as someone was coming round to collect some wool. DGD was watching a DVD in her room, I fell asleep. Woke up at 10.15 to find her still awake!!!! Oh dear. So she's going to be tired today. I only woke a couple of times till 5.55 this morning. Should be going to work at recycle centre but am still not right, so am not going. If I start to improve then perhaps I will sew at home. Conscious of two bags on order. Didn't like the way the black and white won turned out, so want to redo it. But the thought of trying to gather up the balls from each section is rather daunting. Time will tell how I feel after I've been up a while.
The school moved the sports day from yesterday to today, so I've that to sit through, it also means that DGD will want to come home with me at 3 and not go on to the afterschool club she usually goes too. And I would feel a bit mean making her go.
Her Mum asked me to collect her from shopping, ( usually do it on my way back from work as only a slight detour), but I will need to take DGD with me if I still do it. - doubt she would have much food in to put it off until tomorrow. But then DS needs me tomorrow at 11 to collect him and his girlfriend and take them to view another flat. Grrr
Then the afternoon in needed to collect DGD2 at 1pm from nursery.
So looks like I have to get better today! This morning. Need a minor miracle then.

Sounds like an acidity problem Mooloo so the bread (rather than toast) makes sense. But water doesn't. A week of omeprazole or similar is an easy way to tell if that's the problem, and stress is an obvious indicator.

Frozen yogurt is good in an emergency to soothe the pain. Maybe call your GP and explain it isn't helping and you think it may be stress-related acidity. They might change their advice.

I think I may have some omeprazole from tablet taking last year, I will go and see if I have.
I have managed to finish a bag and get it posted off.
I watched DGDs sports day, took her to the park afterwards.
And have been undoing a bag I wasn't happy with, but that's me for tonight.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Moo loo,

I wouldn't guess, I'd go back to the doctor.

I also think ATM you are going to have to prioritise. You cannot do everything. Your first priority must be DGD, and your health and income, the others, for all their needs and your love, ARE adults.

If you spread yourself too thin you will not help anyone.

Doctor had said go back Monday if I wasn't feeling any better.
I started to eat normally last night, and feel a bit better, although tummy isn't right, at least it didn't get worse, although now I'm constipated again!
I will ring for another appointment.
DS has cancelled today as the flat has been let. ( he's running out of time to get somewhere).
So all I have is dGD2 to collect at lunchtime now.
Twin1 got a lift with someone else yesterday to do her shopping.
If I don't feel well enough once I have collected DGD2 from Nursery I can leave her with DS and his girlfriend. ( they had her Wednesday when I was just not well at all. But they don't have a car or any way of collecting her).
I was not up and down so much last night, bonus. But I did wake myself up in the middle of a bad dream, and as I was waking had a really bizzare moment when I had masses of images of faces flashing before me so fast, like a film on fast forward. Weird, never been aware of a moment like that before.
Blow the water, I'm having a cup of tea. I think the headaches were caffeine withdrawals!!
Don't have any omeprazole around, forgot when we were blitzing the other week I got rid of nearly all the medications that I hadn't used in the last year!
This morning I intend to finish the thermal bag I had unpicked last night. So that will take me about 2 hours. Seems to take about an hour to fill with the polystyrene balls!
Thanks for all the well wishes etc, I really appreciate it, BF has steared clear and not come over this week, ( my choice), but as his son is using DGDs bed there, we will be staying out here. Maybe he will pop over tomorrow. Then if he does and it's not raining perhaps he will help me cut the lawn! I really need a new strimmer for the top 30ft. Since DS has gone it's now waist high in tall grasses and nettles!!!
Lawn mower doesn't reach that high and it's too Stoney anyway.
Time to get up, make DGDs lunch and get ready for school.

Well I managed to finish the bag, wrap and post it. Go and get DGD2 and take her home, leave her with DS after I'd had a cup of tea.
Stopped off at Aldi on the way home, and now I've just put the shopping away. Having a cup of tea.
Then I have another load of washing to hang up, and what other chores I can squeeze in before I collect DGD from after school club.
BF is not coming over tonight so I can have left overs for dinner. I've added kidney beans, that have been left cooking in the thermal bag, into yesterday's spaghetti bog, along with some crushed chilli flakes. But whether that will be a good idea to have is another point. Hadn't thought about that when I put it into the thermal bag.
If I don't have it I can freeze it.

Well as it was such a lovely afternoon I started to cut the lawn, but it's so big that I didn't finish it until after DGD was collected from school, and then it took me till 7 to do. So 2 1/2 hours! Boy did my back ache. So I sat watching TV with a heat pad. I was wearing sandals, and ended up with green toes! DGD, thought that was very funny.

So what's in store today will depend on the weather. But I ought to go to cut my Dads lawn, and check on their house.
I had a tray of plants, miscellaneous ones left from BF that still need to be planted out, but my pots are all full. I don't have any flower beds in the garden yet. Perhaps I need to get digging and create one. Noticed Aldi had bags. Of topsoil. Maybe I could start to make a small bed round the back down one side of the garden.
I probably won't do any sewing unless the weather is inclement, as want to get out in the fresh air with DGD, or she will play on the kindle or other gadget all day.

The morning went stormy so I didn't go to do Dads garden, but by lunchtime the sun had come back out. BF came over, and eventually we went to a garden centre in Bicester. I bought some managers discounted plants, celery, mint, peas, beans, lemon balm and parsley. BF bought some bigger bush type plants for his place.
Today we did stArt to attack the garden at the top but the strimmer kept breaking, so BF started with the scythe.
We walked into town centre for the soap box derby. Had an ice cream before coming back. BF had to go about 4.20 and I've indulged myself watching Beaches, Bet Midlers film while applying more heat to my back.
We did put up the paddling pool for DGD as well today. So it's bound to rain soon.
I have a few alterations in to do for a neighbour, but that's all that's come in this weekend. I may actually get to catch up on other sewing projects that Got sidelined.
This week I will be back at work as well, as feeling better. So the bank manager will breathe a sigh of relief!
Twin2 has finally given me an address where she is, and says she has applied for JSA down there.
Let's hope things are on an even keel with her for a while. I can do without the stresses and strains.

finally feeling a lot better, although rather bloated.
time to get back to work, after the weekend at home pottering about trying to do the garden. Bought some plants in the garden centre, now need to make them a home. I went to buy some pots, but as usual BF tells me, that I should get them somewhere cheaper, so I am now trying to keep alive some plants that are pretty pot bound until I can get pots somewhere else! I realise he thinks I should save money, but now I have to make another trip of at least 20 miles to get any, and time in the week when time is at a premium.
The strimmer keeps loosing its centre part, so I was going to get a new one, but again he persuaded me to wait. He glued it, but it only lasted a few minutes before it flew off again. So the wilderness at the top is now over waist height.
sometimes economics are just not helpful.
I am am going back to the recycle centre today, but dreading it. I noticed on Facebook that they have taken me out of my office, with windows and stuck me in the old metal office, ( where the dogs have been living), and the puppy had many mishaps. I swear if it smells of dog pee I am walking! Money or not, I am not irking in a smelly dark space for anyone.
I will budget within a nth of my life rather then work in unpleasant surroundings. This may be the straw that breaks the camels back so too speak. £7.17 an hour is not worth it. What with childcare costs, and petrol, and the fact I often use a lot of my own accessories etc too.
Sorry rant over, I'm just not a happy bunny today.
( sorry any Mfin3ers- I copied my post and pasted it! As this is how I really feel today!).
