So glad to hear you're feeling better! :j
I get waylaid by these things as well, sorry I wasn't around to offer some helpful advice at the time but I think RBR covered all the good stuff! I heartily recommend EFT as well, it really worked for me.
I've had to write myself a little note somewhere prominent to remind me not to spiral when these things happen. A "is it just hormones? have you taken evening primrose? (this really helps with my hormone stuff), do EFT, just rest and distract yourself with nice things" list which often is enough to give me the merest slither of perspective. Even when it doesn't it at least gives me something to occupy myself with for a while.

Hi sassy, whoopsied donuts are nowt special. Just ones reduced towards the end of the day.
For me migraine is my body's way of dealing with physical or emotional overload. It flares up and the only real cure is rest. Unfortunately the circs that lead to the flare up generally preclude rest. You just tunnel through until you either shut down or manage to catch up sleep wise. Am just in from dinner with two long standing friends. So good to catch up for a moderate outlay of £20. Well worth the investment.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Well I'm not sure if I wasn't up to going for dinner or if the dinner wasn't good. Was not a pleasant early hours of the morning. It did lead to a very economical day with only spends on car parking at a course. I've totally taken my eye of the ball but am not stressing about it at all. Have committed to nothing this weekend so am going to stocktake and see how things stand generally while trying to reclaim my home from CHAOS. Have to be on the road at 6:15 tomorrow so tonight I'm gonna sort out clothes, shower etc so will maximise in bed time tomorrow morning. Today I am grateful for

Morning INOD
Ah, now I understand about the whoopsied donuts. I have a vague recollection of seeing some whoopsie cakes or something in a mag - all brightly coloured and full of sugar I'm sure - and wasn't sure if it had something to do with that. I like your version much better!CC1: 10273.70/6892.56. CC2: 1000/832

So en route from dublin stopped off at an outlet centre with m&s. They had a ridiculously good clearance area though some items were a bit random. Got me a top, some magic knickers, and other bits and bobs all for under a tenner. These included two pairs of black woollen gloves for 49p each. These will go away until my friend's dad does his shelter volunteering in dec. it's things like these that make you see it's not all about abstention. £1 off my mortgage won't do as much good as those two pairs of gloves for people really in need. Tonight I am grateful and humbled by being able to make the purchase without any real impact on my financesMortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. What a lovely thought INOD x. Well done for not giving up in the throes of an extremely busy time, but focussing on regrouping and recharging, whenever you do get a few minutes.
