It doesn't feel appropriate to say "happy birthday", but I hope you found some beauty in your day.
Prayers for your sister and all the family. Glad overseas sister got there. Often people hang on until after a significant date and/or until a traveller arrives, by sheer willpower. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

You lot are the total best. On Saturday we were advised 24 hours but she has rallied so now we don't know how things stand. DS goes back to London tomorrow evening. He's said his goodbyes and I'm happy that he was here. I don't know what I'd do without you lot. Stress really does bring out the best in my large family. Hopefully everyone is in bubble. The way some people cope is sort talk as if their truth was the truth. Really try to erase all the tactless and clumsy things that are said. It all comes from a place of love. It is all about love. And really since things cannot be unsaid you end up chewing on your tongue like an old friend. Also lots of deep breaths and strategic staring out of windows. As well as all the real stuff. XXXXX
Say what you need to say, feel what you must feel. If it all gets too much imagine us all standing round you sending you love and strength. I am the 5.6 tubby one on the end

Sorry to hear how tough things are for you and your family. I'm sure you'll do and say what is good and needful. You're an amazingly resourceful, kind and thoughtful woman.
Don't forget to sleep and eat.
