Half way through the week. Yay. Also, got paid and got some expenses refunded. It's been a productive few days work wise which helps. Called into the m0nsoon sale today and got two tops at 70% off. One is for work and the other for my October holiday. Today should have been my day off but I will take Friday instead as it worked better.
Today I am grateful for

Got my non working day yesterday which was great. Nothing major achieved though 3 large chickens purchased in the dine in for ten offer and one donated to a friend who is so good but won't shop and mands as she believes it to be too dear. Having said that, my food bill was quite high as they had so many whoopsied things that were good for freezing so looks like luxury eating through August although things like the lamb steaks and venison burgers are exclusively for oh
I cleared two areas in the kitchen of bits and pieces. It took a lot longer than the stuff merited but the payback for me was seeing these cleared. Yay. Also, reorganised the freezer drawers. I knew that Tetris playing would come in useful some day. Today's main task is laundry and clearing out other bits and pieces. I will probably also go to see my mum.

So the kondoing continued at a snail's pace but 6 videos and a few other bits and pieces have gone forever. Managed a NSD and by shifting some pots of cash etc., have freed up an additional £60 to go towards the mortgage.

Hi there. Been catching up with your diary all day on an doff. Read through since February. I am being neglectful. Loving the sound of the Kondoing and was sidetracked on youtube watching videos. MIT, that must have been an endurance test. For me, kondoing is a bit ad hoc at the minute but I'm so glad to see space emerging. The absolute takeaway is her hint for storing sets of bedding all together in one of the pillowcases. Life becomes so much easier.
Yesterday I kondoed some wrinkly apples and made 5 apple loaves. I also did a choc torte and had two family members over for dinner. The craic was good but I feel tired. Had a kind of a lifestyle LBM a few days ago. I suppose yesterday was the out working of that as I have avoided having people over for fear of being judged. I also would talk myself out of doing stuff for fear of it going wrong, taking too long to clear up, disrupting others and multiple other stupid reasons.
Hopefully that will all change going forward. Today I am grateful for so so much inc all of you who read, post and motivate quite often without even knowing it.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. INOD, I also shy away from people & situations at times. Yet when I get involved it usually gives me more pleasure/energy than I realise. I need to start embracing these things more often too - I'm finding eith a much decluttered house & headspace, it's definitely getting easiera penny picker upper. I'm naturally an introvert so I generally find socialising a bit draining, but about 5 years ago I decided to stop being such a coward and start doing things! So I try to say yes to things if I can, and if I get a crazy idea to do something, I often start doing it and worry later. The worst thing that can happen is often just that you have to leave a place, or that you feel drained after it. I've met some interesting and lovely people by doing things I didn't think I could/should do.
