Good luck Mothernerd with the surgery. My mum is having surgery the same week.
Got out a top that I haven't worn for ages. Think I will set myself a target to wear clothes that I haven't worn for a while next week at work.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Good luck mothernerd, I hope you have a speedy recovery.
I bought a couple of jumpers and a top, spent £30, so I have amended my signature. Still not found any boots, though ....Enjoying the power and freedom of letting things go.

Reporting in for September with a NO SPEND month :j:j
I did buy a casual autumn/winter coat that cost £26.25 with 25% off, however had to return in when a seam came right away a week later, so it's been refunded and I've not found a replacement. I do need one, so will continue looking for that.
Can't believe we're 3/4 the way through the challenge  and how little I've needed to buy for both DS and myself. I've got £116.93 in Nectar points too and had planned to use some of those as well, so a double reason to be pleased with myself.
Well done everyone for no spend, low spend or budgeted spend :TBack on the DFW Wagon:

Oh my, I've just realised my last post was 18th June.
Since then all I've bought is a pair of winter boots (£10) in a sale, 2 Christmassy jumpers (£30, eek! but going to be extra festive this year) and some socks (I don't count them though towards my budget) all bought in September.
This all brings my total to:
£153/£250:T0 -
Front page all updated with No spenders for September.
Good luck to one and all going for a no spend October too. I am! Let's see if I can stick to it.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Hi
I am trying to save save save and I thought joining on to some challenges would be a good & fun way to hopefully keep me on track. Do you mind me hopping in to the end of this year?
I can't think that I actually really need anything, and as I am currently losing some weight I don't want to buy much until I have got to my target size, unless it's a necessary buy like work or pants:rotfl:
For October to December I am going to set myself a budget of £70. The only things that I will not include is underwear. Now I need to read back on the first page rules, but if I was to sell some items and then used that money to purchase something that I actually needed does that count as being spend neutral?Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:
