Make sure that you do use some syns otherwise you probably won't stick to SW long term as you will eventually feel deprived. I have 15 syns every day and have lost 29.5lbs so far and am only 11.5lbs away from target.

My food for the day - green day:-

Breakfast - only had a banana as I weigh in early on a Friday morning, 125ml semi skimmed milk (0.5 HEA) used in hot drinks.

    Snack - mugshot

Lunch - 5 x Real Food Corn Thins (HEB) with 2 Dairylea light triangles (0.5 HEA) with chopped cucumbers, red and yellow pepper and baby plum tomatoes and an apple

Tea - WW pitta bread (HEB) turned into a pizza using tomato puree and 40g reduced fat cheddar (HEA) with salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and beetroot

Snacks - Velvet crunch, thai sweet chilli (4 syns), snacksize snickers from Christmas (11 syns)

I may have some more fruit or a free yogurt if I am hungry later

I'm always cold whatever size I am! (except for when I was pregnant - bloody roasting & for about a year after!)

Not eaten much today & had to call into my new work at lunchtime so didn't have any.

B; pudding rice & ff yoghurt
    L; banana
    D; not sure yet.

This is what I need to watch out for when I'm working again - half day at work - rushing to collect DD from childcare - home maybe after doing a few errands - realise it's too late for lunch - grab crap/LOTS of bread/syns while I wait for DH to come home & have dinner after DD gone to bed

Will definately make the breakfast muffins for Monday & maybe treat myself to a Subway salad (minus dressing) for lunch. It's the only bloody place we've got left in the town centre other than M&S - it's all charity shops, poundshops or empty units :(

Need to mealplan very carefully now - don't know how working moms do it

Have had 4 100% days so far too - for the first time in 6 months?! And a sneek peek at the scales shows 0.25lb gain :(

Fell off the wagon. Had some bad news. Ate large deep crust pepperoni pizza, cheesecake and cream. Feel really bad but needed comfort food :(

As a working single mum, I find it easier and more motivating to do 2-3 day plans. I work in the city centre and have access to all the major supermarkets so it's fairly easy for me to do, it's easy enough to google and see what's on offer where and to sort out three syn free meals if I have a bad Tuesday (for example).
