Piglet - apparently it's something to do with water rentention after exercise but if you stick at it, it will definitely make a difference.

Thank you, that was my thinking! I know in the long run I'm better to get exercising as soon as I can so I can tone up.

Piglet - I noticed it and put it down to muscle growth from exercising? I was feeling more toned and my belt tightened significantly but I gained half?
So the fat weight was lost, but was replaced by muscle mass which in terms of volume is less?

I saw somewhere the picture of 1lb of muscle compared to 1lb of fat. The fat is much larger...

I go to gymophobics and they measure you every so often so I'm sure I'll see a difference in inches! :) xx

Lantanna - sorry your feeling down x a lb is a huge amount of fat when you see the google images xxx how far til target now? Xxx

Thanks - my dream is to get to 9.13 and for that I'm 35 lbs away. Anything under 11 stone I guess Id be happy with so I'm a stone and 6 lbs off that.

Not too sure about target - but just have this dream in my head of being 9 stone something! Sounds good but may not be good in theory.

As you say Shala hopefully will drop a few next week!

I was gutted one week as I had been to boot camp 3 times and 100% all week for a change and I put on! Only 0.5 or 1 but I couldn't believe it... the following week was much better though!

And warm crusty bread with lashings of butter! And drink...white wine...cold, crisp and dry (*weeps!!* - all the things I'm not having right now lol!!)

Since losing weight do you feel the cold more? I used to be happy running round all winter in just a hoody? I'm currently in the house in a hoody with slippers and heating on and feel cold :( I miss my blubber warm layer :(
