Have been reading and not writing this week!
TIE have been thinking of you lots, I hope you are able to start to move forwards a little more now.
Had a very good week on plan, actually followed it 100% for once!
Very please to report 3lb loss!
Has anyone else found that on the weeks your exercise more you have a lower loss? Everyone I know that hasn't done exercise seems to have lost a lot more than me...

L. Soup, ham B and tomato sandwich. 6 syns 2 fruits

Have been following SW at home and am finding it quite easy, pleased with 3.8lb loss this week.

Morning all - well done everyone who lost...((hugs to those disappointed))
4lb loss for me this week - over a week on the wagon now and starting to sleep much better.
Food yesterday was :
B: muller light and a pear
L: a big old salad with chicken and hamchicken marinated in nando's sauce with SW chips and salad
S: loads of fruit
(I seemed to have missed out my HEX's - I did have milk in my tea but not much as I only like a vapour of milk!!)
Re: tattoos...I don't think there is a neutral stand on them...you love them or you hate them...for our DD's 18th birthday we paid for her tattoo which is 18 inches long (script) along her side and ribs...it's a beautiful piece...but then again our kids said that we give them no leeway to rebel as MrGFB and I have piercings and tattoos - nothing too garish but we like that kind of thing

Tattoo's - OH has just had a massive one, a half sleeve, it's beautiful but i still have reservations and i like tattoo's! :rotfl:doesn't make sense does it!!
Meal plan today:
B - 2 toast (heb)
L - ??
T - chicken, sw chips and salad and pickles
S - banana, appple, crisps (4.5)
I have no clue what to have for lunch today and i'll be at home so danger, danger!!!:eek:
fancy something warm and carby... hmmm potato cakes or something..

Piglet - apparently it's something to do with water rentention after exercise but if you stick at it, it will definitely make a difference.
I'm on call for work today, might be going to a friends for dinner tonight which will probably not be SW friendly so I need to keep syns to a minimum today and not get into the mindset of 's0d it'....
So:

L - probably spaghetti bolognese
D - ?

Frogga I have 2 tattoos? One on my foot and one on my wrist - the wrist is my dds name and flowers - flowers represent feminine strength and beauty - there's 3 of them to represent 3 females in my dds life? And 2 petals alone that represent fallen warriors so for me it has a lot of meaning. My wrist one is about 3 inches square maybe more - but for job interviews etc it can be hidden with a jumper or a chunky bracelet

Piglet - I noticed it and put it down to muscle growth from exercising? I was feeling more toned and my belt tightened significantly but I gained half?
So the fat weight was lost, but was replaced by muscle mass which in terms of volume is less?

Ok. So far today. Melon and grapes for breakfast, cup of homemade veg soup for snack... Lunch? Prob 1 slice brown bread with banana and a satsuma. Muller light yog. Dinner??? Not sure???2014 reach my best.0
