Hello all, well done to all of the losers there are again today, I would like to join you with a 6lb loss. Very, very chuffed with this. Will carry on as I mean to go on. Only with a slight set back of 2 Cadburys crème eggs I treated myself to on the way home from WI! My only syns of the day so it wont do too much harm.

I'm a pen and paper girl for writing my food down, its my 'I will be a skinny minny' book and I have this plastered all over the front. As well as writing anything positive I did in the day such as resisting cheese scones, or doing some exercise. It encourages me to be more positive about my life. I sent so much of 2013 focussing on the negative things and its nice to have everything in one place.

I plan to try my DVD later, and then I think I will go back to mr walking/running, it isn't as much fun as I thought it was going to be, I much prefer the outdoors.

Enough of my rabbling, hope everyone is still feeling motivated. Oh and Mildred good luck for your 0/5lb, 3.5 stone is such an achievement, I remember a few months back when you had just started, you've come so far :T

So come on the rest of you - what would you eat and drink if you could only have the same meal and drink for the rest of your life Loving the answers so far, had me giggling!

Good Evening all, been doing SW for four days now.... been so busy with work etc... too tired of an evening to come log on and chat. It hasn't been too bad, infact i've been very good, and haven't really craved sweets apart from this afternoon. Usually have a packet of crisps and chocolate by about 2pm to get me through the rest of the day.

At work we have left over chocolate and stuff from christmas but i've been refusing...Yay ME!!!

WI tomorrow hope i've lost but then it'll only be 5 days so i can't be too disappointed!!!!!!!

Oh dear, unhappy Frogga - step away from the choccies, my dearest.

    Good day today -
B; cooked pudding rice & ff yoghurt
L; 2 poached eggs, mushrooms & baked beans
D; burger (1), cheese slice (Hea), bacon, 60g w/meal roll (Heb) & SW chips :D

I use the food diaries from the class to record my food otherwise things 'slip' into my mouth..... :/

75g (I think) of the Asda 75% ff soft cheese is a HEa too ;)

I couldnt choose one food or drink to eat forever. I just love ALL food (especially if its bad for me!)

Am starting work next week after 2.5 years off :( I won't have much time to eat in the mornings that I have to drop DD off & be in for 9am, so anyone got anything filling to grab & go - Alpen bars/Hi-Fi's/fruit won't cut it. Was thinking about individual breakfast quiches done in a muffin but not sure what they'd taste like cold :/

    C xx

I find magic porridge is great, made up the night before it's ready to eat :) Good luck, it took some juggling when I went back (and I was asleep at 8pm every night for the first few weeks) but eventually got into the swing :)

Had a better week than last week foodwise so god knows!.. More disappointed in the fact that I am up and down every week lately.. not had 2 losses in a row since the beginning of October!

Oh well.. on to the next one ;)

Salad, I love lots of salad & either chicken tikka & rice or steak/lamb & saute pots.
If I had chicken tikka I would have lots of yogurt & mint dressing with it, with the steak a garlic & herb mayo with the lamb a tomato chilli sauce.
Drink, a medium dry white wine. But if it was wine or tea/coffee, I would have the tea/coffee & drink water with the meal.
    Is pudding allowed?
If so, lemon meringue with a side portion of vanilla ice cream or vanilla frozen yogurt.
