Good evening all -rather late getting on here but at least it gave you all a break :rotfl:
Well done on the losses everyone :T
Well I had to go back to MrTs earlier after they charged me full price for a meal deal yesterday - £18.56 instead of £10 - but in the end I came out with "double the difference" -so I paid £1.44 for the meal deal :j -and on top of that I didn't eat any of it :A:D -well apart from some of the wine that went in tonights dinner.
I have had an EE day today -which was a bit ramshackled but I haven't had anything I shouldn't ....
500ml semi (2xA)
fruit -lots of
a couple of slices of home cooked gammon
beef and red wine pasta 1 pot (1.5syns)will post recipe on other thread;)
hmm doesn't look great -but Im not hungry, just need to try and use my hexB and a few more syns later.
I have been thinking about the one food I would choose and Im not sure :undecided -although home made bread -warm with butter and fresh boiled beetroot would be a contender. Drink hmmmm well nothing alcoholic as that doesn't bother me and I don't like full sugar pop so it would possibly be fizzy water - I know how to live it up don't I :rotfl:.
I stopped off on our way home at our local butcher as he still does SW products (2 of his staff are SW members so I trust him) got plenty of pork sausages and 8 burgers but he was out of the tomato and the Lincolnshire sausage and his scotch eggs....
Has everyone seen the new MrT lighter range? the meals are on at 3 for 2 at the moment -the frozen ones are £1.20 so coming in at 80p each -they might not be amazing but thought they might come in for those emergencies
Frogga -hope they have had it in a discreet place ,,,
Sorry to be a pain but can whoever wanted my 2013 SW optimising book PM me there details please? I have 2 (possibly 3 :rotfl:) if anyone else wants the others to be going on with...
Right -time to get off...have a lovely evening everyone and stay strong....

Just catching up on today's 3/4 pages!
Another good day in the bag. Am really buzzing with energy today. It must be all the goodness going into my body.
Today was a grab & go day as my day started at half five & I've only just sat down. Won't be long for bed now!
Today's menu
Breakfast... Yogurt, banana, satsuma.
Dinner... Cereal bar & pot of fruit from Waitrose.
Tea... A whole pack of Ainsley harriots lentil Dahl.
Supper... A hot chocolate in bed :-)
HEA is always milk for my tea & coffee
Doesn't look a lot wrote down does it.but the cereal bar is an oat so simple one not one off the heb list & The yogurt is a ski one. Also, I'm not really hungry after a whole pack of Dahl... You sure that's free?!! I could eat that all day long!
Tomorrow's will be more substantial menu as I'm planning spag Bol loaded with mushrooms & wholegrain spaghetti. Is wholegrain SPELT spaghetti free too? I didn't fancy the look of the whole wheat one or what it might do to my insides!
Some fantastic loses today... We'll done :T & thanks for the warm welcome xx
My favourite food would be any fresh bread, loaded with ham & cheese & mayo & crisps & wine.0 -
Good gravy this thread moves fast!!:rotfl:
I haven't had time to read the whole thread so hope everyone is O.K.
WI for me tonight and another 2lbs off, really pleased as the way I've picked this week with this wretched cold I'd have been happy just to STS.
Our consultant encourages us to set a target for the next week so I'm aiming for at least 3lbs off. I want that first sticker dammit!!!:rotfl:
So totally on plan this week, plenty of s and ss fruit and veg and up the body magic.
I am now feeling well enough to put the trampoline together, so will be my first job after work tomorrow:D0 -

Am really struggling this afternoon. Just in a funny mood. Thinking bout having tadpole 18 years ago maybe? Don't like things changing.
Have eaten fruit, and lots of it, just keep nibbling. There are Hot x buns on the side. One of them called out to me. I don't know how they know my name? I said they were mistaken and my name was Edith, and I'd never heard of a Frogga? Think I got away with it;)
I'm sooo glad I'm not the only person food talks to.....hope it didn't guess your nameStarted SW at home 03/01/2014....Valentines day challenge 14lb offWk 1 -9lbs139lbs to go 9lb gone0 -
Frogga, I have some Hot Cross buns in for the kids too - and they keep winking at me! Naughty buns
So come on the rest of you - what would you eat and drink if you could only have the same meal and drink for the rest of your life Loving the answers so far, had me giggling!
I think I'd have to be sensible, and say a roast dinner with all the trimmings, then I'd be covering all my food groups for my meal, and a nice cup of tea can't be beaten for a drink. I asked OH the same, and he was sensible too (without prompting) he said a caesar salad with jacket spud, and water, for the same reasons as covering food groups to be healthy.Tadpole came home from school after having got a tattoo at lunchtime
I have a tadpole who left home just shy of his 18th (not what I wanted) and promptly got a tattoo. He :also bought his own kit, and now has several. The one thing I didn't want him to get was tattoosI've not warmed to them, and haven't changed my mind about them, however I suspect he may in the long run. Hope it's not in a really obvious place.
Had a reasonable day today, and stuck with it being a Green Day, and have stayed with the plan I mentioned earlier, plus a couple of slices of chicken for one of my HExB, plus 4 0.5 syns for the day. Feeling stuffed too.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0
