I feel like I'm becoming a zombie, I don't know if it's lack of alcohol or calories or what but I am dragging myself round at the moment!

Not the best of days today:

Breakfast - grilled bacon with the fat cut off before cooking x 2, poached egg and plum tomatoes on HEXB toast.

Dinner - Tuna mayo (2 syns) pasta with loads of salad, pineapple and kiwi chunks and some tayto advantage crisps (5 syns). Mini toblerone (1.5 syns?)

Tea - A cup of superfart soup, 2 salmon fillets and the rest of the plate full of carrots and broccoli.

Feel like I've eaten too much rather than gone over syns. Going to just have a hot chocolate before bed I think. WI tomorrow :(

Your dinner looks a bit light to me! It might be the lack of carbs making you tired??

Frogga, I have some Hot Cross buns in for the kids too - and they keep winking at me! Naughty buns :)

So come on the rest of you - what would you eat and drink if you could only have the same meal and drink for the rest of your life Loving the answers so far, had me giggling!

i dont buy hot cross buns as i have zero control when they are in the house. The smell of them drives me bonkers..hmmmm i love them with butter dripping off & them slightly burnt at the edges..

I am drooling at the thought...:o

as for my favoutite meal i would have to say tiger bread with hummous, ham & cheese with a massive bag of yorkshire crisps.. these are my ultimate :)

I figured I'd already had bread and pasta so I shouldn't be too carb-starved, evenings are my lazy time so I tend to carb-load through the day instead.

I was shattered before tea as well, think it's just getting used to being back at work (I was only in for about 8 days in all of December and only went back on Monday) and the shock to the system of knocking the drink and junk food on the head as I overdid it over Christmas completely.

Suppose I have the syns left for a piece of toast with an extra light laughing cow as well, thanks :)

Must be the day for it cause I've been struggling too today, no idea how but 2 slices of white bread thick with butter just flew in my mouth and two bags of baked crisps and an Aldi chocolate bar. Why oh why?

Just carrying on as if it's an EE day and having chilli with rice, will try and pull back the syns over the week.

Back to work tomorrow, not looking forward to it at all.

There has been some brilliant losses so far, well done
