Tadpole came home from school after having got a tattoo at lunchtime :(

My lad wants a tat for his birthday (20 on the 18th) don't think he'd dare get one without us knowing about it though. Hope tadpole has at least had it in an inconspicuous place. (Hugs) :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Oh dear, unhappy Frogga - step away from the choccies, my dearest.

    Good day today -
B; cooked pudding rice & ff yoghurt
L; 2 poached eggs, mushrooms & baked beans
D; burger (1), cheese slice (Hea), bacon, 60g w/meal roll (Heb) & SW chips :D

I use the food diaries from the class to record my food otherwise things 'slip' into my mouth..... :/

75g (I think) of the Asda 75% ff soft cheese is a HEa too ;)

I couldnt choose one food or drink to eat forever. I just love ALL food (especially if its bad for me!)

Am starting work next week after 2.5 years off :( I won't have much time to eat in the mornings that I have to drop DD off & be in for 9am, so anyone got anything filling to grab & go - Alpen bars/Hi-Fi's/fruit won't cut it. Was thinking about individual breakfast quiches done in a muffin but not sure what they'd taste like cold :/

    C xx

They're ok cold Catt. Could you also take some magic porridge or magic rice? They're pretty filling..

I also love baked oatmeal but I've never actually seen how many syns it would be.. and I rarely make it as I have to eat every bit of it, even it makes 4-6 pieces:eek:

I think you could tweak a recipe to be slimming world friendly...

Jumped in without reading the whole thread and started this for our recipes:

If some of you could post some of your favourites on there with syn values, I'd really appreciate it as I am getting lost on other threads and want some thinspirational recipes for next week as it's payday so can push the boat out :D

If you buy a 12 week Countdown I think you don't have to pay the joining fee, you also get 12 weeks for the price of 10.

    Ahh, shucks Mildredd :o xxxxxx

It is embarrassing though MrsE, that's why feel a fraud when people say 'well done on the weight you've lost' because I always think 'give me 6 months, I'll find it again' ;)

God - I think you're amazing & your get back on the horse & don't give up attitude is in incredible.

    You've inspired me :-)

A change of plan for dinner tonight because I forgot to marinade the turkey breast last night, so swapped for tomorrow night's dinner of cauli cheese - didn't look brilliant but tasted lovely!

Not been a good day and have something like 25 syns today - will have pull back over the rest of the week.

Sorry Frogga, I know I shouldn't ask but what tat can you get in a lunchtime?? i.e what is it?

As for one food I can't live without....can't come to a decision on this one, however I do love the crust off a warm loaf of bread, cut thick sliced with lashings of proper butter. Simple but hey it is making my mouth water just thinking about it. I also love champagne, Prosecco, wine and on a hot summers day a cold stowford press x

It's no wonder I have weight to lose:o
