Hi guys
I just joined slimming world yesterday, I'm off for a little shop today and just wondered about syn free yogurts, I'm not having much luck searching on the website so wondering if anyone can help?
Now I'm veggie so can't have most of the muller lights so just wondered what other yogurts were syn free?
I also MUCH prefer smooth yogurts, I'm fussy I know!

B - weetabix (b), ss milk (a) and a banana
L - lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion, celery, red pepper, cucumber, ham
D - golden savory rice with courgettes and red onions
Snacks - alpen light x 2 (6), sweet n salt tesco popcorn (3.5)
But wondering now whether it's worth synning my ham? It's only a small amount then I could have alpen light as my second B and have some cheese on the salad too as my second A! Then I could also have a hot chocolate or something later...
When I looked at your plan for the day my immediate thought I'd syn the ham and have a Green day! Would save quite a few syns too.
Been to WI this morning and have put on 1.5lb since the WI before Christmas but I'm happy with that as I was away for just over 2 weeks and only been back since last weekend and I didn't follow plan immediately as didn't have enough fruit and veg in. Even with the gain I'm still in target by 1lb.
I never seem to lose very quickly so would like to get back to bang on target (2lb off) over the next month or so.

Hi all
Feeling a little more positive today but very tired. Going to try and do a little body magic later as I was very naughty yesterdayand I've just managed to burn my hand on my passata
Today's menu:
B: 2 x HiFi light Rocky Road bars (HEXB) 3 cups of coffee with HEXA milk
Snack: Fresh mango, banana, cup of tea with HEXA milk
L: tuna pasta (pasta, tuna and passata) Flake (7 syns) pint of NAS cordial
Tea will be: Tesco light choices salmon and broccoli pie (2 syns)with extra broccoli, fresh strawberries and rasps with Total fat free yoghurt and a mullerlight mixed in.
Syns: 9
And for whoever wanted the carbonara- cook some pasta, mix sOme cheese triangles into the warm pasta (I use laughing cow blue cheese- they're 4 for a HEXA) with some chopped ham or bacon and mix it up. It tastes lovely
And if I could only have one food and one drink- I would say KFC. I do miss KFC! And champagne*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

Am really struggling this afternoon. Just in a funny mood. Thinking bout having tadpole 18 years ago maybe? Don't like things changing.
Have eaten fruit, and lots of it, just keep nibbling. There are Hot x buns on the side. One of them called out to me. I don't know how they know my name? I said they were mistaken and my name was Edith, and I'd never heard of a Frogga? Think I got away with it;)Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D
