Morning all....first weigh in for me this morning and clucky26 9lb loss! Wow, can't remember ever losing that much in a week with NO exercise! Hope everyone is ok. Did NOT want to get up this morning..could easily have laid in bed another couple of hours. Still at least its not blowing a gale outside (although it is rainy still)

anyway i am having an EE day today
B - Toast (hex b) with mushrooms & scrambled egg
L - Jacket Spud with philadephia light ( hex a)
D - Beef Hotpot with broccoli on the side
snacks - milk ( 2 ), options (2), winter fruits pack ( contains apple/orange & pomegrante) , French Fries (4.5)
Undergrad degree - completed 2018
Masters degree - completed 20190 -

This thread is moving so quickly at the moment it is difficult to keep up with all the posts!
Not sure who asked but I record my food on MyFitnessPal too - and although it always tells me I am over on my daily calorie allowance I am several lbs below my target weight and have been below target since well before Xmas. To me that just goes to prove that SW works as although I am eating what would be considered 'too many calories' by some diets I am still losing/maintaining my target weight.

2ba3c - I love sushi! Its my fave - don't think its so bad though - so I wouldn't worry too much about that. I love pizza and have had one from Asda since last April when I started this - I think for me (along with wine) it is one of those things that I've kissed goodbye too. Same goes for McDonalds as well - one double cheeseburger had since last April!!

Becks - I was considering Josie's dvd after seeing how well she has done but her voice drives me mad lol
So weigh in for me later today - really hoping for at least 2 lbs loss. My trousers don't feel as tight as last thurs and other than the Nutella episode - I've been relatively good this week !
Re setting target I am confused about mine as well. I am 12.4 now and a 14. I have it in my head I should be around 9 stone but I don't know. Anyway I've at least 2 stone to go before I can worry about it. It totally amazes me how two people the same height and same weight can look totally different.
I am excited to report though that this week I have seen a real change in my belly shape - don't get me wrong its still there - but its definitely retracting lol - this change pleases me no end as my stomach is the last to go!!
