Just having a meringue nest (3 syns), 2 chopped banana's & a Muller Banana & Custard yoghurt over the top. Not the greatest fan of banana yoghurt, so might have been better with a different flavour, but still yummy! :D

I have seen these in the shops but not picked one up yet. Are they milkshake sort of banana flavour? Or more like a real banana?

I have also spotted that muller light have a lemon cheesecake variety but not tried as of yet. :D

Milkshakey type fake banana flavour, lol. I love banana's but not usually banana flavoured things so don't drink banana milkshake either! I'm not sure the lemon cheesecake ones are free - they have bits of sponge in, so I think they are about 1 syn each xx

1st weigh day for me tomorrow, nervous and excited!

I went for Sushi with a friend yesterday, and would usually have 10 plates - but actually felt full after 6 (and chose wisely) - so so pleased with myself.

I also was supposed to be meeting friends for Pizza today, but I just knew I didn't have the willpower to turn down the most amazing pizza in the world (they don't even do anything else, BUT pizza and I didn't have the syns), so I called in sick and stayed home doing housework. Boring maybe, but the house looks lovely now!

What do you do in a situation like that - when you can't avoid food you can't really eat/don't have syns for?

Had the SW pulled pork tonight, am having a real love affair with my slow cooker :)

Thank you to whoever posted the chocolate syns, I've been meaning to find some chocolate snacks I can enjoy!

Oh and - meringue nests - do you make your own or buy? if so, where do I buy from for low syn, please?

Oh and next question - how does everyone record what they are eating? ON an app, old fashioned paper and pen? I'm struggling to find something that works for me!

Meringue nests can be bought at any supermarket. The small mini meringues are 1 syn or 1.5 per meringue & normal size are 3 per meringue.

As for being faced with temptation - I have some but limit the amount I eat. I find if I deny myself anything I fancy a bit of then it trigger some sort of "binge" switch in my head so it's better for me to have some.
