TIE - have been thinking about you today. Take care xx
Some fab losses from you lot, well done!!
Feel quite pleased that I didn't use a day out and about as an excuse to go off plan. Had to take my eldest for an MRI scan today, and whole he was in having it (and drinking a horrid fluid for an hr before) his fianc! and I went to Costa, as we couldn't stay with him. She had a croissant & mocha, I had a plain whit coffee, and ate a banana and satsuma I had taken with me. *polishes halo*. We then came out and they wanted McD's on the way home, and I had a salad. *halo is gleaming*
Before SW this would have been the perfect excuse to pig out.
Have decided today's plan is red
Food plan : red
B - banana, satsuma, muller Greek yog 0.5 syn
L - grilled chicken salad 1 syn
D - big less Mac: minced beef, gherkin, pickled onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, ketchup 1 syn, cheese slice HExA
HExA - milk
HExB - Kellogg's chewy Special K bar
I have another HExB to have, but not really hungry, or feel I need it, so won't bother. I've had plenty of fruit/veg again I feel for roughage. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

Just having a meringue nest (3 syns), 2 chopped banana's & a Muller Banana & Custard yoghurt over the top. Not the greatest fan of banana yoghurt, so might have been better with a different flavour, but still yummy!0

I am in the same boat....I cannot stomach scan bran unless I mix it with nutella and golden syrup...but now I have bought the nutella can my willpower stand it's innocent calls of 'eat me' from the cupboard
Hope it worksStarted SW at home 03/01/2014....Valentines day challenge 14lb offWk 1 -9lbs139lbs to go 9lb gone0 -

Evening all, what some fantastic loses, well done Froga, Shola and MrsM, I'd be happy to see 3-4lbs off at tomorrow's WI. I am definitely motivated by the loses today :T
My sister has lent me the Josie Gibson 30 second slim workout DVD, she said it was too hard going for her. The workout is only 20mins long and consists of 30 seconds of intense workout and then an active cool down. This is repeated for 12 mins. I haven't looked at it yet I'm not doing any exercise this evening as I weigh in tomorrow and it usually has an effect.
With regards to target, I don't think I have ever been under 10 stone (definitely not as an adult anyway) I went from age 14 clothes to size 16! My target is 12stone 7, which may sound heavy to some, but I really couldn't imagine myself thin. I think it is best to have a realistic goal, otherwise it is so far from reach you lose interest. My target is only 28lbs away which doesn't sound too daunting.
Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow, I love being in the zone and feeling so motivated. I'm sure this thread helps.0 -
