Skint Catt - not quite carbonara, but how does this sound:
Cheese& bacon tagliatelle :
SAUCE :
Low low cheese 60g
Grated Parmesan 30g
Fat free fromage frais ( 250g )
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp garlic
Salt & pepper
Dry fry or frylight bacon, mushrooms, peas, leeks, sweet corn & onion & mix the sauce and cooked tagliatelle into the pan. and cook for around 5 mins
This is all apparently free if you take your cheese from your HEA .rainbowfairydust wrote: »hi all

Thanks catt. I will be studying a full time (hopefully ) psychology/criminology degree this September. As for being too late - its NEVER too late if you want to do some studying. I am 35 now ( old i am telling you
) so would be a mature student. There may be courses that you could study locally - you should look into it.
