Wow - what great losses frogga & shala
My thought and prayers are with you today TIE - I lost my Mum to cancer nearly 17 years ago now but I remember how devastating it was and, I know it is an old cliche, but time does heal. You never forget them but the pain does slowly ease x0 -
Some good losses there people. WI for me tomorrow morning, hoping I've managed to lose some of the gain from holiday.
Having an EE day today:
B - porridge made with water plus a l00ml of almond milk (left over from making rice pudding yesterday), raspberries - HEB + 0.5
L - HM red pepper & lentil soup
D - Sainsbury's BGTY cumberland sausages (2), mash, cabbage, peas & onion gravy - 1 syn
Snacks - mullerlight; banana, peach
Syns - almond milk 0.5; 2 sausages 1; not sure what else but might have a glass of red with dinner, so another 6 = 7.5
HEA - SS milk
HEB - porridge

Thinking of TIE xx
How the hell have you lost 11lbs in 7 days Frogga?! That's just superwoman! It'll take me until my birthday at the end of Feb to lose the 12lbs I gained!
B; lie in & then banana & yoghurt
L; jacket potato & cottage cheese, grapes
D; not sure yet as hubby still away & can't be bothered to cook.
I've always eaten entire packets of savoury rice (don't bother with pasta & sauce anymore) & will continue to do so - I'd rather eat that, then be hungry an hour later & reach for syns!

Recipes can be added here to keep them all together, though I don't know who adds them to the front list...

Can't decide what to have for dinner - fancy something spaghetti-ish but can't be bothered to do much just for myself. Have 2 HEa & 2 HEb's to use up too plus all my syns.0 -
Thinking of you today tie.:Asarymclary wrote: »Quite simply, I'm a bit of a lazy moo and I don't do much at all. My SW consultant swears that you don't need to exercise to get a loss, but if you do it will help.
I can vouch for that. I do almost no exercise and I managed to get to target that way. It's not that I'm advocating such laziness but it does work.:)Made a rice pudding with the Almond Milk tonight (can have 950 mls as HEx A), needed to add some honey to it once it was cooked as didn't put enough sweetner in it when I cooked it but it was lovely (apart from the skins - it didn't brown up like a normal rice pudding - maybe because of using sweetner rather than sugar?). Anyway it was lush and will definitely do it again when I have a Green or Red day with 2 HEAs.

I wondered whether putting some nutmeg on top would help. That's what I used to put on a baked rice pudding. I'm not a fan of boiled rice pudding as I like mine quite dry. Haven't had any for years and years.
Some fantastic losses!:T:T I really do believe that what goes on quickly can come off quickly. WI for me this evening so I'm hoping the Christmas damage isn't too dreadful. I have been back on plan this week but not as seriously as I'd hoped.
My menu today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEA porage with HEB milk
L: planning to just snack on fruit until WI2 x half syn sausages, mash, onions, cabbage, carrots, peas, gravy
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, 1 syn on sausages0 -
