Did a delicious soup today, i just made it up as i went along hopefully it counts as a free soup.
1 Bag of Morrisons Soup mix, (carrots, swede, leeks etc)
threw in some herbs & spices just enough water to cover and then boil. had a taste and thought it needed just a little more taste, so had the idea of adding a chicken mug shot. Boy o Boy it was well nice. Think next time i might just add a chopped up chicken portion.
So my meals today have been
B - Mullerlight & Banana
L - HM Soup, Pineapple
T - 1 Sausage, B Beans, 1 Poached Egg, more Pinapple
3 Teas, 3 Water.
Dont think ive had enough HEX's today
45 mins Spin Class & 30 mins TreadmillMy mind tends to wander............If found please return;)
I can spell...................I just cant type

Some good losses ladies, well done!
I've had raging PMT  today, and that's affected my eating, although I've managed to keep it relatively under control (according to MFP I'm only 200 calories over for the day:o)
Dreading weigh in now tomorrow, I know it will still be a good loss, but I hope it's as much as I was expecting and I haven't scuppered it:(
Oh well nothing I can do now, just have to walk my butt off next week to lose even more, my D*vina DVD has arrived too so I'll be doing my intense 15 minutes each day, lots of these :j I think..
Good luck everyone for weigh in (I know there's a few of us for Wednesdays )
XxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

TIE, all our thoughts will be with you tomorrow x0 -
Might it be an idea for us to have a separate thread for recipes to keep them all in one place and not get lost in posts?0

If I add a lot I do tend to leave some in a dish, then pick at it later, but I do stuff my face with it. I think maybe I'm missing out the 'moderation' part of the plan at times
How I've lost weight I'll never know, I'd been having this for my lunch several days a week in the first few weeks of the plan. No wonder my losses were slow.
Has anyone else made a boo-boo like me, and not realised? Last time around I was taking the fat off the bacon after it'd cooked, whereas I think it's better now to do it beforehand. I'd also thought the Sula sugarfree boiled sweets were free, only to discover they can be 1/2 or 1 syn per sweet
That would be me. When I did SW before I always just ate a whole packet, it wouldn't be easy to split it in half with all the powdery stuff etc (that's my excuse, lol) and it doesn't even look that much either0 -

Sure someone will know exact amount but am sure it's just under £15 to rejoin and keep your history? (Not sure about using a voucher with that tho)0
