Sounds like you're busy enough, and if you're buzzing around after children, I'd say that's body magic enough for anyone.
Oooh, I say, Matron!!! :rotfl: Well, I guess Frogga can only hope (like the rest of us) that she gets that popular
Thats the problem im not that kind of buzzing around im sat on my bum driving all day, and the buzzing around after kids is also mostly playing taxi driver the SW diet is going well sadly losing the boobs but have a theory that it all just heading south and the weight will finally fall off the bottom of my feet so probably just end up with cankles0 -

Annoyed I missed the last booklet in the mirror today
Didn't remember until the paper shop had shut!
My consultant says I need to sign up as a new member tomorrow, so it's a bit annoying I'll lose my previous progress on my records. But it does mean I won't feel bad about changing group to another one that is closer!

That's some going.. My 3 miles this morning took me 50 mins.. I'm visiting the zoo until tomorrow on the little map
'Swimming' the channel is next
Totally underestimated there  I walked at 4.8kmph and only managed 2.2km which is 1.6miles!!! I'm totally unfit and will prob have to spread this over 3/4 days! What a tool. (that was after 45mins, and had to come off then as my legs were getting all wobbly and I thought I was going to fall off)
Well done you for doing 3 miles :T
I will be back on it again tomorrow.0 -
