Frogga that's why we love ya ;)
Catt - ill do it now :)
Nessie - she is beautiful (and made me feel like my dd is very grown up now)
MrsMc - think our darlings must be similar ages :) he's a little heartbreaker though

    Food plan for today

    Breakfast - apple
Lunch - low fat super noodles - chicken - beetroot and pickled onions
    1 clementine
Dinner - hm burgers, sw fries, roasted carrots, caramelised onions (1)
Mixed lead salad (instead of a bun very nice actually) beans (bit of speed ;)) Tom sauce (1) lighter than light mayo (0.5) cheese on burger (hexa)

So I've had 2.5 syns today and no hexb so I can have ryvita minis later while watching tv and working out money for the year :) and maybe some choc if I fancy it :)
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

    Ahh, shucks Mildredd :o xxxxxx

It is embarrassing though MrsE, that's why feel a fraud when people say 'well done on the weight you've lost' because I always think 'give me 6 months, I'll find it again' ;)

Made a rice pudding with the Almond Milk tonight (can have 950 mls as HEx A), needed to add some honey to it once it was cooked as didn't put enough sweetner in it when I cooked it but it was lovely (apart from the skins - it didn't brown up like a normal rice pudding - maybe because of using sweetner rather than sugar?). Anyway it was lush and will definitely do it again when I have a Green or Red day with 2 HEAs.

Evening all, well done to all of the losers and good luck to those weighing in tomorrow - I too cant 'weight' to see how we have all got on, and how much we have all lost as a group. I bet its close to a whole person with all the members we have on here now.

I'm just about to get on my treadmill and attempt 3 miles. By my fabulous maths skills, if I walk at 6mph I should be done in 30mins - but we will see. It hasn't been used since before Christmas, will also have to remove all of the clothes I have hanging off of it :rotfl:

I have to say what gorgeous children there are on this thread, Nessie you haven't made me broody at all! My eldest DD is 10 this year, that makes me so sad, time really does go quickly.

I will do it over two nights too, but it will have to be Weds and Thursday as I'll be late in tomorrow.

Got a bit of a knee twinge going on so don't really want to push 6miles in 1 night.. So splitting it in two seems reasonable.

I'm working at 12 so hoping to get up early and get on before I go.. wont be doing 6.1 miles in one go that's for sure ;)

    Morning all....

Had a good nights sleep last night so feeling a bit more human right now -lets see how long until I flag again :rotfl: -

Im planning a green day today so Im looking at:-

    • fruit
    • 500ml semi (2xhexA)
    • cottage cheese salad
    • fruit
    • cheese and onion "fryits" 1hexA +3syns
    • baked beans
That still leaves me my hexBs so might splash out and put extra cheese in the fry-its... if not I will figure a way to use it -guess I could "buy" some leftover roast chicken to use it up..we will see ;)

Becks -Yup I will post my recipes, some probably went on the old thread but I will pop them on as I do them in case they are of use to anyone.... my hubby is obsessed with Goan pork too :rotfl: I have the ingredients coming tonight to make a big batch for the freezer -well if hubby leaves it alone ;) he will happily eat it for several meals in a row if I let him.

    Thanks MrsM :D

Have tried to catch up as I have missed so much. Frogga you are so funny-in a nice way.
Well I was weighed today and I had put on a half pound over New Year so that is two and a half over the Festive period. I have two weeks before Tenerife so I will have to try very hard as I would like to be 10 stone by then.
    Enjoying all the tips.

  • Hello again everyone!

I forced myself to go back for my weigh-in on Monday, after 2 weeks off, and discovered that I actually managed to lose half a pound over Christmas/New Year!!! Amazing!! Have to say that the 3 weeks before Christmas taught me enough to make SOME sensible choices over Christmas and clearly that paid off. Just half a pound away from my first stone lost. In five weeks. Very happy! :j

Thrilled with that! 23.5lbs lost so far.

Re the orange and choc mullerlights, they've been out for a while as part of the chocolate sprinkle multipacks. (2 vanilla/choc (syn free), 2 orange/choc (syn free) and 2 cherry underlayer ones (2 syns each)). I'm thrilled to hear that they are being sold separately though as I agree they are scrummy!
