Afternoon all, had to go for badoobie torture today
NOT something I want to repeat anytime soon. Came back to hear from son his suit doesn't fit (bought for my Dads funeral 2 years ago) can't believe he's still growing at 20 (in 2 weeks). So hubby & son have gone to get new suit, couldn't face it myself. Am so tired as not sleeping well, have stress headache too. Will post menu later.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Please, please not more cute baby photos; they are making me broody. Sounds like you are all loving being mum to small ones, as has been mentioned make the most of it. My two are 16 and 13 and I am now the smallest:rotfl:.
Things have been progressing slowly, must remember marathon and not a sprint. Like a lot of us, I struggle with the evenings and with the weather being so bl**dy awful other than walking the hound I do not fancy going for a run, I have thought about squeezing into my bathers and going for a paddle, but for some reason I don't fancy this.
Some of the menus sound yum, so not going to bore you with all of mine, but having salmon and salad for tea.
I hope to post a loss on Thurs, keeping everything crossed.0 -
You've lost 10 stone on 5 seperate occasions?
YupI lose it easily, then I just can't stay focused, and I go mad, and put it all back on again. 5 times in 25 years. From 6st at 15 up to 20 st at 18

Can I ask the advice please. how on earth do you fit the exercise in this time of year? My day starts at 5.30am and it's 5pm then time i've sorted the kids and jobs round the house it's nigh on 7pm I also have a part-time evening job a couple of days a week, I do have Saturdays as a day off so try to get out and about for a least a walk but it's so dark so early I really struggle to make time during the dark half the year.0

Quite simply, I'm a bit of a lazy moo and I don't do much at all. My SW consultant swears that you don't need to exercise to get a loss, but if you do it will help. Sounds like you're busy enough, and if you're buzzing around after children, I'd say that's body magic enough for anyone.pmsl for the 2nd time today.

Oooh, I say, Matron!!! :rotfl: Well, I guess Frogga can only hope (like the rest of us) that she gets that popularOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0
