Quick update, well done everyone hoping to report a lovely loss next week. Monday I put me jeans on. Eek they were so tight it was the final straw. Was going to attempt this without going back to club but I knew I was kidding myself. So 6.30 pm on Monday I rolled up, my SW consultant delighted to see me. Felt relieved really, til I stepped on the scales, ouch all the weight I lost last year ( nearly 2 stone gone back on). So here we go again. WI on Monday.Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0

Shala,
Please let us know your verdict on the Davina Dvd? Wouldn't mind a blast at that myself especially of only 15 mins a day !!
Will do.. I get really bored with exercise so i thought a quick burst would be better every few days than doing nothing at all!!
Really struggling already today.. Hate my hormonal week, i just want to eat the world.. Anyone else have this trouble and how do you conquer it. I intend to just try and ignore it best i can..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Morning all
Thoughts are with you TIE ... be extra kind to yourself today.
Well done on the losses folks.... frogga *insert jaw drop icon*:T
Im reporting in with a loss of 6lbs-Im more than happy with that especially allowing for the lack of actual exercise (apart from the fetching and carrying for the little one
)
2b -what a cutie and what a grin ....
Well today when hubby gets in we need to nip to Tesco -mainly to get the little one some big boy pants (we have started potty training *gulp*) -so I will pick up the couple of missing bits whilst Im there -breadcrumbs for a start, ginger for my slow cooked pork. We will probably pop to see my mum whilst Im at it -so I MUST eat lunch before I go as dinner will be late.
Im thinking EE -sooooooooo:-
250ml semi (A)
oat so simple (B+2syns)
fruit
cheese n onion fryits (A-2syns)
broccoli
peas
fruit
minced beef, red wine and pasta one pot (1.5syns)
cabbage
carrots
so that's 2hexA 1hexB and 5.5syns so I will try and use a few more syns..might have a yogurt and use up another 8sysn
My ocado delivery arrived last night and poor ole hubby nearly gave himself a hernia lugging it into the attic bedroom :rotfl: -should keep us going a while. If I end up buying any more meat it will be from our local butcher as he still does SW stuff (I trust him as 2 ladies that used to go to class work for him) he always does, pork, lincolnshire and tomato sausage, burgers and scotch eggs -all freeeeee
and then he will do other things as and when.
Right I will get off for now and get something done.. have a good day folks and keep at it.....-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
