Phew, just about caught up with everyone.
Well done to all of the losers, what a good start everyone is making.
To those feeling bleurgh atm, keep going, we are all here to motivate each other.
Another good day here, I can feel my jeans are a lot less tight, and I ache from my 30 mins on my Wii yesterday, mainly in my arms and my bum, it hurts to go up and down stais and to sit down on the toilet!! So at least I am doing something right.
I WI on Thursday but really want it to hurry up, I am so excited for it its un-real.
Some may say its cheating but on WI day I have a Muller for breakfast, then maybe some chicken or ham for lunch and then nothing till WI at 5.30pm. I stop drinking around 3.30pm.
I'm also a complete saddo and wear the same clothes each week, which consists of leggings and a floaty top (I even wear the same knickers and bra) this way I know my weight will be as accurate as possible.
I haven't exercised this evening, was planning on going on the treadmill whilst CBB was on, but I remembered I had ironing to do for school tomorrow.
I promise I will to some more exercise tomorrow. I don't want to shock my body too much. Its already coping with a sugar and alcohol withdrawl!!! :rotfl:
MrsM will you be posting your recipes? As I mentioned earlier, your goan pork curry is still a firm favourite in this house. I'm really glad you are back0 -
i'm going to get on my treadmill tomorrow.. might be fun to do the body magic challenges on the SW site.. the first one is to walk around central park, 6.1 miles.. might be an incentive as it gets boring otherwise

Just crossed posts with you.
Thanks for this, it is just the motivation I need. I will be attempting this tomorrow night. 6.1 miles is totally doable, even if I break it up over 2 nights. Anyone got a treadmill and fancy joining me?0 -

Meeeeeeeeee:j:j
I will do it over two nights too, but it will have to be Weds and Thursday as I'll be late in tomorrow.
Got a bit of a knee twinge going on so don't really want to push 6miles in 1 night.. So splitting it in two seems reasonable.Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Can't get the challenge thing to open - I know there's an accessible version, but wanted a neat version to print out & stick up next to the treadmill0

I'm working at 12 so hoping to get up early and get on before I go.. wont be doing 6.1 miles in one go that's for sure
