Good evening all
well done on the losses folks :T
A so-so day for me -I haven't eaten anything that I shouldn't but I certainly haven't eaten all that I should , I missed lunch -so today has been
oat so simple (hexA+B+2syns)
chicken salad
fruit
I was having a red day so I still have 2hexA and 1 hexB plus syns to use-I will figure it out.
Hubby and Charlie have just had home made meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta and veggies -and I made enough for their lunches tomorrow -so that is 1 thing less to think about :T. It's a pain in the bum as hubby finishes work around 2pm -so needs something between then and dinner -but not a full meal... I can see a serious cook-a-thon coming on, at least if I have some fall back dishes for the 2 men in my life then I can think about my own food a little better. Hubby has just man handled a 2nd freezer into the attic room so plenty of room for getting organised.
I Have retrieved some of my recipes so this week is hopefully going to feature:-
minced beef and pasta one pot
cheese and onion fryits
slow cooked chinese pork
Nessie -do you just have the one little person? I swear I don't know how folks get anything done if they have more than 1 lol. Im still feeding Charlie although I just get an extra hexA nowMake the most of the little sausage, once they are on the move "oh my word" -our little fella is part chimp,,, he started walking at 9 months and he has no fear, so bouncing on the sofa like a crazy person seems like fun to him -not sure our nerves agree :rotfl:. He is so independent its unreal,
right I had better get off again ...have a good evening everyone...

Well I've just been out for a walk so upped my body magic for today, also portioned my pasta out so that I wasn't a piggy, I know we can have what we want on SW but I could easily eat 2-3 bowfuls!!
It's a nice feeling being able to be in control of what I eat/do for once.. hope I can keep it up!

Welcome Lightbulb and Mudgekin :T
Shala ~ toffeffee are the best ever!!!! I ate 4 boxes at Christmasand I'm weighing on wed too xx
Ginger ~ I have binge eating disorder but I have coped ok with the 5;2. My head has to be in the right place though. I think it's because it's only a day at a time, then I eat loads of SW foods on the 5 days. I combine SW and 5;2 and I was losing 3lb a week before I put on loads at Christmas
Well, I won't have time to do a mention to every one, every day, so you'll have to forgive me if I just post my menu and then leave you.
First day back at work and everyone was full of "oh I've put on 2lb" and "I've put on 4 lb" and "I've put on 7lb" to which I loudly announced "Well I've put on 2 stone you bunch of amateurs" :T and then I remembered that gaining the weight wasn't the competition, damn  because if it was I'd defo have won
So here is my menu ~

Well done on all the losses, hadn't seen the new posts :j
Just accidentally eaten a small pot (about 100g in total) of chicken tikka I'd mixed with peppers, sweetcorn and 1.5 syns of extra light mayo. There goes tomorrow's salad garnish. I had a kiwi fruit after to keep it free bar the mayo.
I blame Monday morning. I don't function on Monday mornings which meant that I couldn't get the superfart soup out of the freezer which meant I got it out when I got in from work which means it's still frozen solid and I'm starving. So if I STS on Friday, it's all Monday's fault :mad:0 -

Does anyone have a underactive thyroid? Does this make any diffrence to weight loss
Yes, I have. I struggle with losing but that's probably just me being piggy. I have lost in the past, so I would say if you are stable on medication you will get there if you stick with it. Good Luck!0 -
had a few chocolates this afternoon but nowhere near as bad as yesterday, and my only other syns were my sausages and fridge raiders chicken so not too bad. Am resisting the rest now....
