I buy Real Foods Corn Thins, they are gluten free and you can have 5 as a healthy extra B. They taste like a cross between popcorn and a rice cake. I like them with either cheese spread, houmous or use them instead of bread and dip them in soup.

Thanks tracey12, I'm just starting out gluten free too so these will come in handy :) a slice of GF bread doesn't seem like much and it tastes quite sweet!

I have bought Mrs Crimbles baked potato bites - mature cheddar 4.5syns a bag...they are lovely jubely!

I don't like yogurt myself but most places sell plain fat free. I buy it for DH in Aldi and he mixes it with fresh fruit. The own brands I've seen that are free are a number of Asda Chosen By You (can look up the flavours if you want) and Lidl Milbona Cherry or Strawberry FF. Sorry no idea of prices.

Good to see you posting again shala and others who've been awol.:)

I think the Lidl Milbona yogurts are 31p each

Didn't think I had a choice really, already had over a week off following Mums passing (can't say the D word :o). Only got half a day with the kids before though so hopefully they'll keep my mind off it.

I used to use MFP but got a bit obsessed with it. Not looked at it since latest update and it's all changed. Giving it a go for the weekend to see if it will stop me eating carp :o.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Got some Skinny cow caremal lollies while I was out, so this will be my treat tonight.
