    5 syns each I would guess as they're 99kcals (1 syn per 20cals) & not fat free. x

Okey Dokey -thats Charlie having eaten brekkie number 2 and now his is on the cherries and grapes (can't imagine where he gets his appetite from )

Sorry Frogga my lovely, Skint-Catt is right Im still badooby feeding mr monkey pants...only get 1 extra hexA now though ... Im going to make the most of the extra hexA though as he is 21 months now so will probably be giving up the boob soon *she says with a hint of hope in her voice*:p

well here is what has changed since I was last here.... first I guess I may as well confess that my weight has sky-rocketed again ... I haven't regained it all but Im back up to 20st1lb :wall:*oopsy* -still it's nowt I can't deal with -I have dealt with worse -although I did get under the 13st bracket prior to having Charlie ...gained very little carrying him and then BOOM I got that caught up with making sure Charlie gets the best etc etc that I forgot myself... "WELL NO MORE!!!!"...
So it looks like you are stuck with me for the long haul 'Im afraid :D.

hmmmm oooh we got a half sized allotment plot last year too -so that should help burn the fat this year -and save us a small fortune on fruit n veggies to boot ;) - we did quite well for our first attempt last year -I swear I have never seen so many runner beans -I was fetching off 14lb at a time at 1 point ... if anyone lives in the Ng17 area please let me know and if you are close enough I will keep you supplied in them at least lol.
I have my name down for more space and so hopefully this year we might have even more space.

Hubby is at work until 2pm and then we need to nip out as I need more fruit, cottage cheese and yogs for Charlie. Im only picking up a few bits as I need a delivery anyway.

right enough yapping...off for a cuppa and a play with the little munchkin...

hope everyone has a great day...

Has anyone bought the Daily Mirror today, I'm not feeling so good, got a numb left arm again! Stupid illness, anyhow just seen on Facebook that it has SW booklets in and a money off coupon just wondering if its worth sending DH out to get it?

Not found my books yet, this cold damp weather is not good for my depression, maybe when the boys are back at school, my get up and go will come back?

Dropped my iphone the other day, so that's more expense, was hopping 2014 would be a more positive year?

Thinking of having 2 x crumpets with sugar free jam for breakie, any idea on syns?
