Hi Urbancookie, your plan looks fine to me.. Maybe a bit more food if you get hungry but the basics are there. Depending on how big your portions are, it might be a bit light of superfrees...
Today I had - pineapple, carrot batons, 2 slices of bread, ham, cheese, big salad, pickles, fish, actifry chips, another big salad, more pickles, crisps and a tiny tiny bit of cake...

I think I have caught up on this thread so far..let's see if I can keep up now .
Righty ho I'm going for a green day today which should look like this:-
- oat so simple (B+2syns)
- 250ml semi (A)
- apple
- 500ml semi (2xA)
- home made soup -carrot, onion, celery, cauli, broccoli
- huge salad
- jacket potato
- cottage cheese
Inbetweenies will be fruit, so that uses 3hexA and 1hexB and 2 syns..leaving me 1hexB and 13 syns to use up -please feel free to shout you see me getting in a tangle -I haven't dug out my books yet -I'm doing what I remember doing before -so something might have changed -but Im sure I will find out
For those that asked about the soupmaker -my mum got me one just before xmas -it's a morphey richards one and I love it -in boyes it was £49.99 but just before xmas LIDL had them in at £39.99. I know soup is so easy to make but with this I can throw it all in and switch it on and in 21 or 26 mins I have soup -plus it keeps it warm for a while too -great when I have a little one who will decide in the middle of something that he wants feeding NOW!!!!. The only thing with it is that if you imagine a kettle, well the top has the motor in with the blade attached, the motor part is quite bulky so you need things fairly well chopped so you can push the blade through to get the lid on.
Im going to get a bag of fresh ready chopped soup veg in as a stand by
oooh best get off and get brekkie number 2 for charlie I will finish my ramble after.... have a lovely day all...-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

LauraDora ~ I don't eat Muller Light as the are not veggie. I eat Shape ff and Activia ff and both are very yummy :j
Mrs Christmas~ you could count this week as a STS then you can post your real 1st loss in week 2? If that helps? Ooo and CCE's are 8 syns so I have them as a treat on a Friday night
Catt so good to see you back matey. You have made me feel so much better about my Christmas gain. You're right it is was Christmas is about so I refuse to feel guilty anymore(Some idiot tried telling me it was about the birth of a baby 2014 years ago but I knew that was wrong )
Shala great to see you back too :A I think it's a great idea to mix and match diets. Why not? When I go back to school next week I'm sticking to SW like I have done since 1st Jan, but I'm also doing 5;2. I'll eat less on Tue and Fri, although still SW foods. I did it in October and November and was losing 3lb a week. And it was easy.
Right, so on with the plan. Had a good chat with Mr Frog about feeling rubbish about myself and it really helped. And what Catt said. I'm looking forward to Wednesday Weigh Day to see how much I've lost.
Oooo Mildredd, there are other prises at SW but I think we should have our own too. I suggest 'Greenest Loser' 'Greatest Gainer over Christmas' are two that hop to mind. I wonder who would win those (me me!!)?
Am back to school on Monday although it's a PD day and so no kids until Tue. I've been having big breakfasts while on holidays as I have the time, but it will be back to a quick bowl of cereal as of next week.
Also I am aware this week that I'm eating ALOT but it's all free, and the most sure fire way of ensuring I quit is to limit my food intake. I need to get my head straight before I cut down on quantities or do the 5;2. The minute I feel like I'm depriving myself it's all over. And I know SW works, so why would I cut back?
Have a great day all, oh one last thing, Mr Frog and the Tadpoles opened ANOTHER box of Quality Street last night. I'd hidden it in the cupboard. They all sat there stuffing. And I didn't even have oneNot even a purple one with orange edges. I thought about it, but then my old friend Will Power called round and talked me out of it :T(Will is short for Wilma, I don't have 'men friends' in case you thought about telling Mr Frog!)
