  • Aggghh, I cant find my SW books, so im at a loss as to what im doing. My next plan is to see what your all eating and maybe copy you.

    Today ive had
    B, 2 Weetabix & Skimmed Milk 1 Sugar
    L, Pineapple, Mugshot
T, Chilli loaded with vegetables, small amount of Basmati rice
with extra brocolli on the side.

Extras, 2 tea, 1 coffee, 2 glasses of water.

I know that this isnt SW plan so ive just cut down on food today. My next plan is to see what your all eating and maybe copy you till i can get to a class and pick up some new books.
My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)

    I can spell...................I just cant type:confused:

Mildredd - buttons? is that like eating dust? just because they're not technically food doesn't mean they don't have calories you know.. ;)

14lbs for me for the challenge please

    Evening all!

So lovely to see so much chat and encouragement on here, and really pleased to see some old faces returning :j

I would love to join the challenge, can only edit text and colour at the top of my post (don't know what that is all about)

Thanks to 2b for volunteering for this!

Second day on plan again today, so far so good. Did feel a slight waiver at around 10pm and convinced myself not to eat anymore, I have given myself a cut of 8pm for food as I read somewhere it is more difficult for your body to digest foods late at night, and that's why you may end up feeling rotten first thing in the morning.

I am really hoping I am not being too ambitious with my 14lbs, I ideally wanted 13lbs by the end of January, this will take me into the next stone which would really motivate me.

I have a nice weekend planned of batch cooking tomorrow for the week ahead, and then on Sunday I am taking my DD's ice skating, so will get some body magic in there.

Will try and get on over the weekend to see how we are all doing.
    Stay motivated people! :D

Well done for ignoring the buttons, I have been ignoring the miniature hero fudge bars that are still left over from Christmas.

I have to physically talk myself out of it and feel like a right plum chanting away!!

So my weigh in dates will be
    Thur 9th Jan
    16th Jan
    23nd Jan
    30th Jan
    6th Feb
    13th Feb

So although I haven't officially weighed in since Christmas I know I have a very big gain. I am really struggling to get back on plan.

No one to blame but myself though.

I know I'm in a similar position beanie. Jeans are just beginning to feel tight but I won't be weighing until Thursday. Would you put me on the list please 2b and I'll tell you my target after WI on Thursday?

can anyone help me with syn free yoghurts?

I have been buying Mullerlights but they are pricey, does anyone buy any own brand syn free yoghurts??

I don't like yogurt myself but most places sell plain fat free. I buy it for DH in Aldi and he mixes it with fresh fruit. The own brands I've seen that are free are a number of Asda Chosen By You (can look up the flavours if you want) and Lidl Milbona Cherry or Strawberry FF. Sorry no idea of prices.

Good to see you posting again shala and others who've been awol.:)
