    It worked perfectly well last time us all weighing in on different days Trow so don't worry :beer: As long as you do it in RED and state what week you are just to make sure 2b knows exactly what you're up to :T

    Thanks Maman, was thinking the same, maybe have some ketchup and mayo to dip my wedges in with, at least I know the syns for them, no loss for me not to have the bun.

    Frogga’s ‘Finally get Fit in Fourteen Challenge’ Week 1 Day3

    Friday 3rd January

    Breakfast~ Baked Beans, 2poached eggs, on 1 opened up wholemeal roll (HEB) with mushrooms a HUGE bed ofleaves and grated cheese on top (HEA)

    Snack ~ kiwi, kiwi, banana

    Lunch~ Leek and potatosoup, ff yog

    Snack ~ kiwi, kiwi (I’musing them up!)

    Tea~ Hm spicy chili beans (spicy beans, toms,onions, celery,) cauli, broc, sprouts, stir fry veg (bean sprouts, whitecabbage, green cabbage, carrots and onion) & dry roast veg (onions, redonions, mange tout, little sweet corn, peppers)

    Ff yog

    Eve ~2 apples

    I don't do red, it HAS to be purple for me :D I am a purple person after all, remember the purple hair? My son bought me a purple plug to use with my iPad, my work mates sent me purple flowers with their condolence card you get the picture? :D

    So 2b I will post my target after wi tomorrow if that's ok but it will be in purple.
    Surprised you gave in to red Frogga, green is so your colour even though I have to read it with my purple glasses :rotfl:

    Great to see MrsM back, I must be psychic. Now we can find out how Charlie boy is doing :D

    having a good day so far!

    B: 2 Weetabix + banana (A+B)
    L: HM mixed veg soup
    T: chicken + veg stir fry with noodles (blue dragon chilli and garlic sauce 7 syns, had last night and tonight with added chicken in) strawberries + dollop of f/f yoghurt

    syns: 3.5 for stir fry sauce, hi-fi later with a brew 3
    drinks, water and black coffee

    picked up my soup maker from asda.. have moroccan chick pea soup (little book) on the go.. may as well have done it in a pan, am stood over it willing it to cook :)

    Can I be rude and ask how much asda are asking for a soup maker? Pretty pricey out there.
