    Afternoon ladies.

So i have definately decided to do SW online, anyone else doing it online? Incentive being the price obviously and to be honest when i went previously to groups i only went to WI then disappeared. Think having you all on the other end will be more beneficial.

Starting on Monday 6th January as i go back to work then and routine is the key for me... weekends will be my downfall :cry::cry: saying that when will be a good day for me to WI do you think???

Thank you sukeyboo, I definitely find it easier in work – too busy tothink about snacking!

Iantanna – thank you – that gives me a boost! I think I need to be12.7-13.0 to be a size 14 in all shops – I think I would be OK with that as I felt really happy and healthy at a 14. When is the wedding? My one is 27th June so gives me 6 months, and I know that time will fly by. If I can lose just 1lb a week I would be 12.5 stone which would be amazing – I think that is doable!

Are you all doing exercise as well?

I used to be very fit and active but have done no exercise whatsoever in the past year L I have now started doing some fast walks with my friend (aiming for at least twice a week) and 1 gym session a week. I do find it hard working full time in a demanding job, plus having a toddler, a husband that works long hours and trying to fit in seeing friends and family! But I think it’s going to be important for me

    Hi all,

Had my hypnotherapy, we shall see if it works. I do believe in the 21 days to change a habit.

Did anybody ever do SW and not do the 1/3 plate of super free food - what happened? I've not been very good the last 2 days.

Re the Actifry - are they worth buying? What are the syns if you do chips in them for instance? I do love me a crunchy chip :D

I'm going to join aqua aerobics, I have a lot to lose and am quite a bit over weight, with back problems. Going to look for classes after I finish this post :)

I need to lose over 100lbs. DAUNTING.

Now - how do I set up a list and this challenge business... I think I might need to look for an old post to see how they are laid out?

What is Big Mac Bowl please? It sounds good!

I LOVE the Big Mac Bowl... It's basically a healthy and deconstructed big mac.

You fry extra lean mince beef with onion, add a couple of broken up cheese slices. Then chuck all of that on a bed of shredded lettuce and if your being naughty add burger sauce or use kraft thousand island dressing which is lower syns. If you like them chuck in some pickles/gherkins.

If you plan wisely you can use your HEA for the cheese and your HEB for a wholemeal role. I had toast this morning so will be having mine with SW chips.

    xx

Sweet 1 I weigh in on a thurs, it gives me three days after the weekend to reign it back in lol. I used to go to a Monday class but found I was always fat and bloated on a Monday after the weekend so a thurs deffo suits me best - but then everyone is different.

The advantage of wi at the start of the week is that it may keep you in check for the weekend. I tend to let myself have one meal off in a normal week usually a fri or a sat and that works for me knowing that I have until thurs to pull back

    Hi ya,

The wedding is mid July. I want over two stone off by then. Scared to think how many weeks that it is. But actually I should probably look as it might give me a good kick up the bum!

In normally walk for 40 mins at a good pace at least 3 times a week but this has fallen to the wayside the last few weeks with the weather. I am now starting on the exercise dvds - managed half of one last night lol - well its a start! Will try and do the whole way through tonight.

Trust me if I can do it so can you - I am the biggest comfort eater and I still have treats and allow myself at least one meal totally off a week. You'll surprise yourself if you stick at it!
