    60 in Argos.
    50 in Currys.
    Anyone have one?
    Are they any good?

Talking about soup makers by the way!

So my weigh in dates will be
    Thur 9th Jan
    16th Jan
    23nd Jan
    30th Jan
    6th Feb
    13th Feb

So although I haven't officially weighed in since Christmas I know I have a very big gain. I am really struggling to get back on plan.
I am well over my target and also into the next stone.
So I need to address this as apart from anything else at the moment I do not have £5 spare in my budget to go to class and pay every week.
No one to blame but myself though.

it was £40 on the asda website, cheapest I saw.. but yep, now out of stock.. might come up again tho?

currys had them in for 49.99, its the morphy richards one..

think I put a bit too much water in, will watch that next time.. but was really easy once the veg was in, switch it on and leave it to it.. will have to see if its worth its while, using a pan is free ;)

    On a mission
  • Thank you to who ever it was who mentioned bulking out my plate with peas & carrots... I did indeed... Feeling very good about today. The whole family enjoyed the same healthy chicken dinner tonight except I added a few Yorkshires & thicker gravy to there's.
This thread has moved fast since I left for work this morning, so apologies also to who ever it was who mentioned having a hot chocolate before bed.... I will be joining you! Will be taking this thread & the SW mag to bed to plan tomorrow's dinner instead of the usual Friday night vino, cheese & crisps... How very rock & roll!
I won't be joining you all in this challenge as I weigh for the 1st time next Wednesday but all the very best of luck to you all. I find it quite unbelievable that I could lose 14lbs in 6 weeks...excited at the thought though. Can't remember the last time I didn't have a drink on a Friday! Bizarrely had a craving for a cream egg this afternoon??!.., I don't even particularly like chocolate ..., more a crisps kinda gal x

I weighed in today and lost 1.5lb so only 1lb to get off and I will have lost my Christmas gain. Not holding out much hope of a loss next week though as it will be my birthday on Tuesday and will be 21 again :D (not really it will be my 40th, eek)

    My meals today:-

    Green day

Breakfast - 125ml semi skimmed milk (0.5 HEA) and a banana as had early morning weigh in

Lunch - 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB), 2 hard boiled eggs mixed with 1 tbsp. lighter than light mayo (0.5 syn) with muller light cherry yogurt and an apple, 0.5 pack Jelly Tots at theatre (2.5 syns)

Tea - SW pasta Arrabiata bake from SW magazine (0.5 HEA for cheese) with salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and red and yellow peppers. 0.25 roulade with mincemeat filling (1 syn) and Velvet crunch thai sweet chilli crisps (4 syns)
    Officially debt free :j

    :hello:

Hi all, sory been missing :o

Have gained an extortionate amount of weight, but that's what Christmas is for - as are new years resolutions. Sadly still a LOT of temptation left around the house, but my meals are back on track!

I'm not going to join in with the challenge guys - I'm not good with pressure, so I think I'll be better on my own :D

Managed to get myself a bloody job last week :( :rotfl: Don't know when I start, nor my working patterns yet but not looking forward to it. Ah well needs must.

    C xx
  • Ok, so a busy one today in work but managed to stay on plan.

Breakfast: muller light with banana, raspberry and strawberries
    Snack: Apple
Lunch: jacket spud with tuna and a leafy salad
Snack: 2 slices of whole meal from small loaf and laughing cow triangles (HEXA AND HEXB)
Dinner: quorn sausages with tomato, courgette, mushroom and onion ratatouille type sauce and rice (consultant said this brand were the free quorn sausage but I am dubious)

I've just weighed out 25gms of Pringles for 6.5 syns) and wil accompany DVD night with these and a kitkat (5.5 syns)
