    14lb for me please
what inspiration you all are! I have spent ages reading all of the posts and it is fab that everyone is so supportive of each other.
I have had the biggest headache over the past 24 hours and I am sure it must be from chocolate withdrawal! Rotfl

As I am not going to class I am finding 'my fitness pal' app really useful for tracking my meals. It doesn't tell me syns but I can see at a glance what I have eaten. Does anyone else use this?

So if I have 10 syns a day I could have 20..... accompanied by lots of fruit of course :whistle::whistle:

I think you'd be pretty sick of them after 1 day & I don't think it follows the SW rule of everything in moderation ;) :rotfl:

Hello Skint, it is good see that you have now come down from the loft, the question is how many tubes of those pri***les do you have left?

Frogga as for the greenest SW prize winner, would you also achieve the biggest hop or the widest smile:). I shall be working on my Oscar winning speech for when I receive the prize for Miss Shrinky as the weight drops off in the next few months:rotfl:.

Feeing pretty pants this morning as I have a severe ear infection, kept putting it off as there always seemed to be something more important for me to deal with. So ended up at the out of hours Drs where he was gob smacked I'd left it so long and got told off as now it is going to be more difficult to treat. He asked if I had a high pain threshold. So I must have, but it is sore "ouch."

So the good news is that I haven't eaten much today, so far only a banana, going to have:

Poached egg, beans with 1x WW bread

salmon and stir fry veg and noodles

fruit and benefit bars x2, ff yogs

must avoid alcohol as on meds ;)

Morning all :) ugh - hangover :( stayed within my alcohol syns last night and had 4 small vodkas while watching CBB and boy im suffering for it today :( turning into a lightweight as Im getting older!
I'm going to weigh myself later - I know I will have a small gain so it's going to be like a mini challenge for me, I need to try to maintain as much as I can between now and April so I'll just get the gain off and then stop.
    Yesterday's menu:
B: Half a grapefruit, kippers. NAS cordial
L: Mushy pea curry, Uncle Ben's golden vegetable microwave rice (2.5 syns) big bowl of mixed salad, pint of NAS cordial.
T: Jacket sweet potato with a scraping of spread (2 syns) tuna. Fresh raspberries, fat free yoghurt and cherry Mullerlight. Pint of NAS cordial
S: Sainsbury's Instant Mash Potato with a little HEXA milk and salt, HEXB choc bliss HiFi bar, Diet Pepsi
Treats: 4 small (I measured them - 25mls or a little less) of vodka with loads of Diet Coke (10 syns)
    Syns: 14.5
Hope everyones ok and hello newbies x

Morning all. Not a great start of the day for me as I mindlessly stuffed a white bread sandwich with jam in my gob. That is all my syns gone then for today. Will try my hardest to stick to plan, not done a big shop yet so still eating leftovers etc. I think I'll make soup since you're all talking about it, lol.
I'm stressed out today, dealing with some difficult stuff but keep telling myself that food doesn't solve emotions or problems

Ok Wi with 1.6lb gain so my Valentine target is 4lb please 2b I know that's not a lot but think I will struggle to lose anything for a while, just try to not gain any more.
Back to work Monday and like you Frogga, no kids until Tuesday. The big blip will be the funeral Wednesday.
Will TRY to keep to it today but not promising :p

I use MFP just to see what I'm eating and it's sometimes a bit of an eye opener when you see the breakdown of fat/sugar/carb, etc so I try to keep SW and those figs in mind...
