    Poohbear Feb challenge 14lbs please

I do hope I can achieve it.

I am finding it difficult to stick to SW foods as I live with four men who constantly tempt me with things. I am determined though to lose weight. And one of them keeps nicking my fat free cottage cheese

I am thinking of you TIE

    Today I have had
B:35g porridge with semi skimmed milk (HEA and HEB)
L:3 x apples and 2 hob nob biscuits 10 syns ??) Still have no books but searching the house before spending again

Dinner will be stir fried chicken and vegetables including peas and rice.

I had tests recently to find out why I have problems swallowing and they found that despite fasting overnight and having tests at 10am I still had food in my stomach. This is why I never feel hungry and forget to eat meals except dinner which I cook for the family.

Hello all and special hello's to all the newbies (me included!)

I've been making a real effort to stay on track but I've found im in the kitchen a lot more than I was!! Hoping to continue this next week when I return to work but im thinking of batch cooking soup, mince and stews etc so that I can just throw it in the microwave when I get home. I do have a slow cooker so will try and be prepared over the coming weeks.

Has anyone noticed that they trump more? My house is swimming in green gas! I have IBS so suffer in that area anyway but, my gosh, not been like this in a while!!

Weigh in on Monday and I'm hoping it's a good weightloss :-) I may have a glass of wine tonight though :-)

But yes sugarhunny I have IBS and also find when I'm getting on or back on plan I am ever so windy! Hubby is not impressed.
My slow cooker helps me loads as does pre cooking and freezing things so that they are easy to prepare. This is good for when you fall in from work and can't be bummed to cook a proper meal, that way your not tempted by rubbish!

Yes, I also use My Fitness Pal and find it very useful, its amazing how many carbs you eat even when your not eating bread, Also taken to drinking sparkling water (17p) with NAS Vimto, much better than diet coke feels much healthier.

Stocked up on the Mullerlight at sainburys 10 for £3.

    Today my menu has been

B - 1 poached egg on brown bread
L - Left over vegatable chilli and a bag of rivita minis, 1 Pear
    1 Satsuma.
T - Will be Salmon steak with roasted peppers, onions, Squash,
    & Broccoli.
My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)

    I can spell...................I just cant type:confused:
