Thought I would post this link. I use it quite a lot. (There are a few familiar names on it!)

    Afternoon all!

I'm another one that has been trying to kick the diet coke habit. I started on the 02/01 and this morning woke up with a stonking headache. I'm not a coffee or a tea drinker so am sure was having caffeine withdrawl :( I had to go out and get me a bottle and my headache instantly vanished.

I really want to kick this habit, I have read so many news stories about what it does to your insides, but I am ashamed to say I am a diet coke addict.

I will try the fizzy water and NAS squash after reading on here, but I am not hopeful I can do it - it is my one downfall.

I've had a productive day in the kitchen, made a batch of scotch eggs (sausagemeat from butchers so counting as free), and have whipped up a tomato and red pepper soup - which is a lot nicer than I remember from last time, so my lunches for next week are sorted. Its all in the planning! I'm feeling very motivated and determined, I really hope this feeling last.

I had a proud moment earlier around at my mums house, she had made a batch of cheese scones which are my favourite and a million times better then any shop brought kind. I resisted temptation and didn't have any, although I have been thinking about them all day, and driving myself a bit crazy with it all!

Not having a good day, very tearful. Have been trying all day to write the card to go with Mums flowers. Burst into tears whenever I think though. Walked dog earlier, not a good idea as too much thinking time. Had a good day food wise but after last meltdown hubby has gone for Chinese so all undone again. I'm not after sympathy (makes me worse) just had a need if that makes sense. Ignore me feeling sorry for myself :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Not all. You should be going a bit easier on yourself at a time like this. If you really want to you could do flexible syns and go a bit easier tomorrow?
