I sometimes keep things like crabsticks, ham and chicken in the fridge to snack on, along with a bowl of chopped salad.
Fresh fruit salad is also handy to keep in there.

re; crabsticks - one I forgot for the don't like list (weird because I love crab and all sea food!)
The ham, chicken and meats in general would work though. I could always cook some chicken legs the day before my shift and keep for the next day when I get home. They would need to be wrapped and hidden with extra security added in case OH saw them as he would eat them before I got home!
I have for the the last week been buying a few packs of cooked prawns and having those as a snack, so am all prawned out for now!0 -
Well done Annie, greentiger, scotsman :T
Congrats gbatey :j mega training for you!
Shockingly i've only put on 0.5lb :T although i know in my own head that i always weigh less on this week in the month so a bit of a false reading but i'll take it!
xx

Are tinned tomatoes free or syns?
Edit: Don't worry...found my answer at the back of the book!
What I couldn't see though is whether the pre-packed and smoked salmon fillets that have the black peppercorns (tesco/waitrose etc do them) are free or syns? I wasn't sure if they also add anything else as a sneaky filler that adds syns?0 -

And if I were you I'd have SW chips with it too!
I was forced to go out earlier and made a trip to M&S. I've treated DH and I to the Valentine meal for £20. Now, I could have gone for healthy options: scallops, steak, veg medley, strawberries BUT......:o
At least it's Friday and I've got all the rest of the week to catch up.;)0 -

Tinned tomatoes, passata and puree are all free, in fact superfree:j. It's only ketchup and the sundried in oil that aren't IIRC.0 -

I must consider myself really lucky after all my experiences and dramas. I'm at a size that I struggled for years to get to but only achieved because of stress and the unexpected curves my life took for some time. My challenge now is to maintain my new size. My friends tell me that I will return to my previous soon if I don't try to maintain good diet.0

Well week 2 weigh in, and I had to say I was disappointed
lost 1lb
I've been real good for the week, and I've had loads of veg, even did a sunday dinner s/w style with no gravy
Ate loads of fruit, with a vanilla muller light yogurt, for deserts most night.
Had 1 vodka diet coke on sat night, I've spent a fortune on good food, I've not had many syns.
I'm used to not eating breakfast and dinner and just having a tea, hubby thinks it's because I'm now eating more food that my loss is slow.
