Mrs Ryan – Could you get your dress taken in if need be? Maybe an option, instead of stressing about it being too big etc.
Off for my gym induction tonight and feeling very excited about it! Lol
Feeling a bit bloated today so going to have lots of green tea and hope to flush myself out for thurs! Could be one of those annoying sts weeks for me!!
    Menu for today:
    B: WW Yogurt & 2 x Kiwi
L: 2 x Nimble Bread toasted, reduced sugar and salt Heinz beans & 30g Low Low Cheese (HE)
D: No idea! Cupboards getting very bare! Think I have a bit of salad & broccoli left – will have to have a think!
So as this is the last week of our challenge – what are are thoughts on the next one? How about something to take us up to Easter? Talking of challenges – your very quiet 2b, likewise Frogga & Skint Catt – Come out and play!! Lol xx
  • Good luck with the gym induction Lantanna. I too need to do a quick shop today and hoping inspiration will hit me.

Just going spinning (tried once before a long time ago but day off today s thought would give it a shot) then supposed to be meeting BF for a walk (currently lashing it down) then a quick shop.

  • -0.5lb loss for me on the challenge 2b please That's my challenge complete, 11lb in six weeks. Astonished that I've lost anything at all frankly after this weekend - was expecting a gain. Might catch up with me next week!!

Back on plan - but being away has meant the fruit bowl etc is a bit empty, and that's when I go on a wobble. Sorry I've not had time to catch up on individual posts - hope everyone is ok.

    LOVE THE NAME LOL!!!!!!!!!!

Yes a break for a couple of weeks sounds good!

Mrs Lady - well done on the loss! :)

Helendavekids - My challenge at the min is to try new recipes and vary what I eat as I can get very stuck in a rut!!

Well done to all those losers beating their challenge! I didn't quite get there!! But sure as the end is in sight for me I'm not going to beat myself up about that - its bound to get slower at this stage - but at long as it comes off I'm happy! :rotfl:

If you're trying for a Red day again, assuming your soup is all SFs and no carbs. You can have 35g (dry weight) of wholemeal spaghetti as a HEB or 25g of ordinary, dried pasta is 4.5 syns.

I'm for that provided it's not a break from SW, just from the challenge.

I was thinking yesterday about SW being a way of eating for life and how life gets in the way sometimes (like hospital appointments, power cuts, holiday treats). I think what matters is that SW becomes your default way of eating. So I have odd meals off plan or even odd weeks when it comes to holidays but then get back on it. That's the bit that really matters. It may be hard not to be demotivated by a gain/STS when you've still got a lot to lose but honestly, in the long term it's 'plodding on' (as the lovely beanie would say that matters.

Enough philosophising, here's my EE plan for today:

B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: vegetable soup unless I make a frittata/hash
D: sausage, mash, onions, cabbage, carrots
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy and maybe a sprinkle of cheese on frittata

    Maman,

Just a break from the challenge - not from SW!:rotfl:

I've my eye on some summer shorts and fitted blazers - this will be my easter challenge motivation!

Another EE day for me today:

B - bubble & squeak cakes, egg, mushrooms
L - ham and salad wrap (10.5 syns)
D - prawn stirfry with a Black Bean and Roasted garlic and chilli sauce (2.5 syns) with noodles

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day - as usual!

Snacks: 2 x Alpen Light Chocolate & Fudge (HEB); tangerine, banana, melon

    Total syns: 13

Bit higher than usual for me today but have loads of syns available as didn't use many "wine" syns at the weekend because of not feeling well.

    Denise
