Top girl, I haven't access to help sorry.. But if you work off the 20 cals = 1 syn rule it would be about 10 syns

Have you tried googling it? Sometimes you might be directed to a minimins thread which are always useful for syns...

Mildredd - good loss again, take it easy too:T

Beanie - good restraint, they probably would have tasted like poop anyway:rotfl:

Sukeyboo - good maintain, well done :T:D

I'm blooming freezing tonight, might just get under my blanket and not move till bedtime. I feel like my toes are freezing off... :( although apparently you burn more calories when your cold, so I'll be thankful for some small mercy!

Off to rummage for me tea xx

I have but no joy, a cup of Barnes and Noble soup has around 200 too so just going to say 10 and leave it at that, I can still have my hot chocolate before bed and stay slightly under :)

Breakfast - Mushroom omelette and plum tomatoes on HEXB Bread

Dinner - Potato and bacon soup, an apple, two kiwi fruits

Tea - Pork chop (trimmed) and superfart soup

Supper - Options and something free, might do a couple of SW chips and follow up with a couple of satsumas.

I WILL do my first run tomorrow, ground frost the last couple of mornings has meant I daren't as I can fall over my own feet at the best of times, I don't need to set myself up for one, so to speak.

Sary – Those pizza slices are just pure scary when they ambush you!! Lol It’s a Chinese that generally comes chasing me!! Life definitely gets in the way some times – but just keep battling on. It is a lifestyle change after all isn’t it, I suppose the old us would have just gave up - but here we are fighting on. I’m a firm believer of the 90 % / 10 % rule. J
HelenDaveKids – I only allow myself alcohol on a Friday / Saturday night now as well and it works for me! Occasionally a Sunday – if there is any left over! I feel so much better now as well that I have cut back on my unit intake – it can really creep up without noticing! Well done on your loss!
Topgirl - that menu looks a bit scant for yesterday!!
Laura8417 – welcome and vent all you like J. How much do you want to lose? I’ve a stone and a half to shift before July.
Sukeyboo – I wouldn’t necessarily go totally off plan at the weekend but would definitely allow yourself some treats. I tend to have one meal off plan at the weekends and a few treats such as alcohol / crisps etc but don’t go totally mad the whole weekend as if I did I definitely wouldn’t lose. I then really try to pull it back during the week. You can use your syns to plan for weekend treats. Stick at it - don’t give up.
Well done Trow – so know what you mean about a temporary size! I’m so sick of buying clothes and clothes not fitting me for very long – still I guess it’s the only negative for me losing weight!! I really need to motivate myself to get my bigger clothes on ebay. I think I said before that since the government is “that concerned” about obesity - there should be some sort of clothing incentive for people losing weight – such as money for clothes or tax relief of some sort – personally think this would be far more effective than the advertising and preaching we are subjected to at the minute! Also subsidised fruit and veg or a cap on prices!
Its star week this week so who knows how this will affect the scales on Thursday as its become very unpredictable. Going to up the fluids in the hope of debloating. Really have to force myself to do this as I just keep forgetting! Need to get back out and buy some more green – pennies very tight this month so have to meal plan very carefully. Wish peas were superfree as I have a cupboard full of them!!
Good luck to anyone weighing in today!
    Today’s Menu
    B: WW Yogurt & 2 Kiwis
L: Extra Lean Mince Spagetti with Passata, Mushrooms, Courgette, Pepper, & Salad – Lettuce, Jalepenos, Gherkins, Sweetcorn, Peas, red onion, 25g Pasta & HE Laughing Cow Light
D: Noodles, Mushrooms, Onion, Brocoli, Sugar snap peas, pepper, chicken, soy sauce
    Snacks: 2 x Mandarins & maybe melon
Aiming for a no syn day but will see what happens! Anytime from 7pm onwards is danger time lol

I'm aiming to lose about that myself, I lost quite a bit last year but then put it all back on at Christmas :rotfl:
Today I've stuck too it as much as possible, tonight it is chicken stir fry cooked in soy sauce and garlic, with lots of noodles. I am going to treat myself to a packet of animal biscuits later too :)

I found subway cream of potato and bacon soup nutritional information on another site, it's pretty creamy so this is probably close to it, if anyone could possibly help, I would be very grateful:

    Calories 210
    Calories from Fat 108
    Total Fat 12.0g 18%
    Saturated Fat 4.0g 20%
    Cholesterol 20mg 7%
    Sodium 970mg 40%
    Carbohydrates 20.0g 7%
    Dietary Fiber 4.0g 16%
    Sugars 3.0g
    Protein 5.0g

If you search online for 'My Fitness Pal' - there is also an app for Iphones / Android that is free - and on there is a bit where you can enter in and scan the items you eat day by day and it tracks it all for you and gives you a break down of how much you have eaten from each area (fats/carbs/sodium/protein ect). If you cook or bake anything you can also use the recipe builder and enter in what you use and it gives you the nutritional information. I have found it really helpful when I need to monitor what I am eating if I feel I am not sticking to healthy eating as well as I should be.
