Thanks Denise. This is my favourite but I haven't been to France for a while and we've run out!
It's DH that likes 'bien cuit'. I'm going to not eat the skin and count it as free! When I do the tinned one I put it in the oven on a rack rather than heat in a frying pan like it says on the tin.
Not seen that one before - I usually buy the Lidl one.

Evening all.
Sorry some of you are having a tough time just now.
Well, Mildredd, I should have listened to you about having the weekend off.
Review of Saturday (& Sunday)
Any hoo, I had ML vanilla yogurt with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast. Found a couple of big spuds at the bottom of the veg bag, so I'll have a beany jacket for lunch that didn't happen - OH said we didn't have time to eat before we left, so I ended up having chips and a bridie at the match (which we lost, then listened to Scotland getting massacred at rugby all the way home so a triple whammy there) . And we will have the chicken curry when we come home - I found a Schwartz mix (just a wee bit out of date) and I've thrown everything into the slow cooker - combination of recipe ingredients I had and what the packet wanted. According to syns online the mix is 3.5 for the packet, so 1 syn is not bad Didn't have anything else.
Today I had hexb porridge with some hexa milk. Then we had another 170 mile round trip to pick up a cabinet I'd won on ebay, so no shopping done and lunch was a baked potato with tuna & red onion, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and coleslaw. There wasn't very much mayo but it still counts. For tea I had toasted cheese made with 1 slice of Scottish plain loaf with tomatoes, basil and real cheddar. Snacks were SF caramel treat and choc digestive. ON the angelic side, I still have the bar of chocolate OH bought me when he stopped for diesel :A
Monday's Plan - with shopping done at last!
Breakfast - spaghetti on hexb toast
Lunch - mug shot, ff yogurt, grapes
Dinner - mushroom risotto with mixed veg and hexa parmesan, banana & WW yogurt
BTW does anyone have syns for a plain loaf?
Night all - good luck for tomorrow.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Hello, just a quick one before I go to sleep.. To welcome all the newcomers, congratulate all the losers and all those of you who are off that wagon - tomorrow is a new day so let's get started again..
I am going to be lucky to stay the same again this week, we went out for lunch today and pigged out and I'm out tomorrow night as wellbut hopefully not too much damage tomorrow *fingers crossed*
Might try and get in a few walks if the weather isn't too bad!

Thankyou all that gave advice on yesterdays plan, I still cant get my head round when you can start a day on say a EE day but by the end of the day you can swop it round to a Green/Red day and then have another Hexa/b. My day yesterday was light on veg so today ive overloaded.
B - mullerlight, 28g of rolled oats, frozen mixed berries.
L - slow cooked pork, stirfry'd cabbage & leeks (no oil just stirfried
in a little water) carrots, green beans and a little gravy
T - mullerlight, frozen mixed berrys.
2 teas, 2 water
Am i right in thinking this is EE?
That does look like EE but not very much food for the day. Except for lunch, the meals look more like snacks for a person of my appetite!! And 2 cups of tea leaves loads of HEA going spare.
I know you set out yesterday to do EE but EE demands that at least a third of your food is fruit and veg and yours definitely wasn't. As Red and Green don't demand that(but encourage) I looked at what you'd eaten and decided it did fit the Green plan. I always set out to do EE as that was what was 'taught' when I started SW. Looking back I've probably had loads of accidental Green days as although we eat meat, our meat portions are relatively small which means they can count as a B I've deprived myself of many an extra HEA.:(
Hope this makes sense.
Denise, the confit is what I buy in Leclerc et al. I didn't know they sold it in Lidl. Is it a special or a regular thing?0 -

. I haven't been really bad considering I am taking weekends off plan at the moment but I feel really sluggish after not eating my usual quantity of fruit & veg

I'm starting the day with banana, blueberries, orange and an apple with a strawberry mullerlight. My mil to be saved me last night, as she made some soup and offered me some for lunch today, so the other half has gone to work with the disgusting mince from last night and he's having my portion tomorrow. New week begins!

I don't know if they sell it in the UK, probably not, but I haven't got a local Lidl to check. I buy mine in France when I go on holiday - we usually go at least twice a year!
Lidl's France are also the best place to buy red wine for the weekends:rotfl:! Most are around the €2 a bottle mark!
I don't use LeClerk very much as I find them really expensive, think they are almost the equivalent of M&S, although with a much larger range of goods.

Went over syns a bit yesterday so need to work out how many I can have a day over Mon-Wed. Won't actually be going to WI this week as going to a funeral but will have a WI at home to make sure I'm on track, especially as not eating very well for a couple of days this week.
Have just sorted out my menu for today and will be having a Green Day:
B - porridge, mullerlight, banana
L - HM spicy butternut squash soup, 2 small slices of bread
D - Egg, bubble n squeak, mushrooms & beans
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB1 - porridge
HEB2 - bread
I've got satsumas, melon & bananas to eat during the day if I need them. I really must cut up the melon otherwise it'll be stuck in the fridge without getting eaten!
Not sure what syns I'll be having yet - nothing planned so far.
