Evening all. Rather a quick update for me, as not long back from hospital with son #1 who has taken a turn for the worse again. We've decided to have him move back in with us as convinced he is being put under huge pressure at his fiance's family.
Anyway, yesterday I was ambushed by 3 slices of pizza due to son #2 wanting to treat the family to a meal with his first proper pay packet. Then today after having to rush to the hospital in the ambulance, and no shop open there it was rubbish from vending machines (velvet crisp and a double decker). Came home and OH made me some wm toast as supper.
Think my trip away will have to be cancelled as so much to sort out here now.
Hope you're all doing ok. Beanie, you don't have to spend £ to lose lbs. just stick with us. XOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

I can see im a bit light on veg today buy will try and make up for that tomorrow.
Definitely a bit light of veg, it should be one third of your meals, although as long as you eat that amount over the day I'd be inclined to do that.
HEA is 250ml of SS so depending on how much you used you may or may not need to syn the cheese. If it is normal cheddar you're allowed 30g as HEA (so 20g would be 4 syns) or 40g of reduced fat cheedar (so 20g would be 3 syns).
Hope that makes sense.

Having another EE day today:
B - SW fryup
L - LO pork and pearl barley stew
D - Roasted duck breast, roast potatoes, cabbage & green beans. May syn a bit of gravy.
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - not sure yet
Syns - gravy? not sure what else yet

I'm doing SW independently, and was a bit gutted by 1lb loss on Wednesday as didn't match effort, so I'm afraid needed a sneaky mid WI, anyway 3lb lost. Hurrah, that flips me over the stone at 15lbs and completes the challenge for me.:j
Well earnt IMO;) as currently eating bog standard nasty porridge:eek: instead of gorgeous alpen, and last night had rum and diet coke x4 again rather than 4 large glasses of yummy white wine. Only allowing alcohol (albeit 4 units) Friday and Saturday night
Have made quite a few substantial syn errors but not knowingly so hopefully should be a little easier as I become more in tune with the "rules".
So my personal next challenge is to make minimum 2 stone off by end of March.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
2014 GOAL HIT 5 Stone! 2016 GOAL to be a MF marathon runner.

One TA to report: revlon nail varnish shade name had rubbed off but was a burgundy colour. Too gloppy to get anything out of. WNBA, nothing wrong with it but nothing special.
One in to report: lush lip scrub in mint Julips! This stuff smells like after eight mints! I feel this was necessary as my lips are so dry and flaky I haven't been able to wear lipstick for ages so by exfoliating my lips I will be able to UU more lipsticksFrugal Student!!!0 -
