    what else do you all make and freeze?

    Lasagne, burgers, any sort of casserole or stew, cottage pie, soups, meatballs, meatloaf..

    The only thing I don't tend to freeze is pasta (but that's because I've never tried too) and jacket potatoes.


    Just had dinner, using the new magazine recipes - buffalo chicken and the key lime pie(without biscuits) - I took a photo whilst I was waiting for my fries to finish cooking!

    I think the chicken was cut a little too small but it tasted nice, I'd add more hot sauce next time though!
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Yay i found my old SW books:j their the ones with the green cover 2011 has much changed since then? (halved the syn value of chocolate maybe;))

    Looking through them i think ive been doing mostly EE days also a few days have been totaly off plan, but hey ive lost 7lb towards the 10lb valentine challenge so im happy with that.

    today's food has been.

    B - 2 weetabix with s/milk, banana.
    L - 2 bacon rashers, poached egg, tomatoes.
    T - jacket potato, beans, 20g cheese.

    pineapple, satsumas.

    sugar 4syns

    should i syn the milk /cheese am i allowed 1 or the other? im thinking this is an EE day am i right?
    I can see im a bit light on veg today buy will try and make up for that tomorrow.:beer:

    Funny how pre SW we wouldnt think twice about eating a garlic flatbread or 2. Hope you enjoyed it though ;)
