Hi all
Had a better day today than yesterday! As well as the flatbread there was chocolate and 2 Weetabix (not my HEXB - I had them for breakfast!!!) I weighed myself today at Boots and it looks like it might be a STS which isn't the end of the world. However Ive been on the bike this afternoon and have a long walk tomorrow before WI so I might get a 1lb off...
Today's menu plan:
B: Bacon butty (HEXB WW bread, bacon with all fat removed and a scraping of spread - 1 syn) Cup of coffee with HEXA s/s, cherry Mullerlight, kiwi
L: HiFi Rocky Road, Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell ( 6 syns in total) bananas x 2, some Aldi ham, litre bottle of Boots Brecon Carreg water
T: 2x peppered Quorn steaks, loads of steamed mixed veg, a few Aunt Bessies Homestyle roasties, (2.5 syns) fresh strawberries with a dollop of Total 0% fat free and an Aldi mango and passionfruit yoghurt (1.5 syns) pint of NAS cordial
Snack: Couple of Diet Cokes at the pub tonight
Supper: Scrambled egg and beans, tea with HEXA milk
Syns: 11
Body magic: Walking round the shops and 30 mins on exercise bike
I bumped into my consultant in Asda today. Luckily we were only buying bath mats and a duvet cover - I said to OH it was a good job I had nothing naughty in the trolley :rotfl:

Hi everyone, thanks for the kind words. Son has moved back in, we've shifted furniture, packed all his worldly belongings in black bin bags, and whilst he's still being ill, he looks a lot better than he did.
Inbetween all that, food was doing fine, until it got late in the day, and OH said we were going out for a break and bite to eat. I was attacked by a McDonald's, and was only allowed to escape once I'd eaten some very bad food
today's plan : EE and BAD!
B - Danio yogurt 0.5 syn, banana
L - bacon, egg, mushrooms, WM bread
D - Very big burger with fries & coffee
Drawing a line under the whole weekend. Fortunately I'd booked tomorrow night's WI as a holiday as I was meant to be away, so will have all next week to redeem myself, and bring it back on track. I will jump on the scales tomorrow at home, just to see where I'm at, so not sticking my head completely in the sand.
Life really does get in the way sometimes, and I guess when it does, so long as I keep the SW plan in the back of my mind, and give myself permission to be off-plan, that's a way of keeping things normal and realistic. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

sary~~Really really hope that they get to the bottom of it all soon.
Take care of you tooxx

Evening everyone,
Thankyou all that gave advice on yesterdays plan, I still cant get my head round when you can start a day on say a EE day but by the end of the day you can swop it round to a Green/Red day and then have another Hexa/b. My day yesterday was light on veg so today ive overloaded.
B - mullerlight, 28g of rolled oats, frozen mixed berries.
L - slow cooked pork, stirfry'd cabbage & leeks (no oil just stirfried
in a little water) carrots, green beans and a little gravy
T - mullerlight, frozen mixed berrys.
2 teas, 2 water
Am i right in thinking this is EE?My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)
I can spell...................I just cant type0 -
Hello, I'm new on this part of the board...can I join in?
I'm looking for somewhere to vent really. Market advertised mince as extra lean...come to cook it tonight and oh my days it's possibly the fattiest mince I've ever seen. There goes my fresh start!
Been a slimming world member for about a month now, slimming for the wedding in July. Had a really good week the first week and lost 5lb, second week I maintained then the third week my dad was diagnosed with cancer. Devastated and used him as an excuse and ate like a pig. Last week weighed in again and I'd put on 2lb. Wanted a fresh start this weekend and its just not happened, so Monday it was going to be, but the mince I'm making for lunch tomorrow has just thrown one mighty curveball. AAAAAARGH.
Thanks for listening.I Miss You Dad 1948 - 2016

Congratulations!!!
I carried on going to SW during pregnancy (I didn't follow it completely) & only put on 2st 4lbs - good considering LO was 8lb 5oz & I had above average fluid levels & had gestational diabetes towards the end
My advice is to not think that you won't gain anything - it's normal to gain some weight!
Weigh in tomorrow - hoping I can stay to group to regain some motivation! Brought some cherries & stir fry to start a fresh tomoro!0 -

One in to report: lush lip scrub in mint Julips! This stuff smells like after eight mints! I feel this was necessary as my lips are so dry and flaky I haven't been able to wear lipstick for ages so by exfoliating my lips I will be able to UU more lipsticks

for 2b - WI with STS
was hoping for a loss but its better than a gain and as I have tummy issues [IBS] feeling bunged up and bloated, I got away lightly. Hopefully when 'issues' resolve I will have a loss. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
