The fact there are crisps left would be a win in this house:rotfl:well done for not eating them all!
I feel better now you've said that. I put them in two bowls, one for DH and one for me. So could have been much, much worse.I decided to simply enjoy it, in the knowledge that mine will be a scenic route to target!!
Hope everyone else doing well, and feeling motivated!
I agree, the scenic route is good. Occasions like you've had are going to crop up in the future. I think what matters is that we enjoy them as treats and then eat healthily, on plan in between.
I think you've done brilliantly mumoftwo, coping without power. Hope it's fixed very soon.0 -
-2lb this week please 2b
Happy with that I'm struggling to eat much to be honest and more often his week its been crap so I'm presuming that's a lack of calories weight loss as opposed to a sw weight loss xxxStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Hi everyone, back again. Lost my motivation for a bit there but now we've actually set a date for the wedding (eeek!) I have to get back on track. Today so far has looked like this:
Breakfast - Activia 0% fat yogurt, 2 plums and banana
Lunch - Pea and Ham soup from the SW Website, kiwi fruit
Snack - Shredded chicken breast, activia 0% fat yogurt, orange, Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)
Dinner - Cottage pie, topping my portion with my HEA of grated cheddar and mixed veg
Going to have my other 1/2 HEB in the form of a alpen light bar after dinner with a cup of tea (0.5 syns for the milk)
