So I need to confess... My other half wanted to treat me last night and took me for a chinese, after already a very bad week I'm feeling extremely guilty and rather sick
I have weigh in tonight so time to try and draw a line! Going to try not eating carbs with dinner this week to see if it makes a difference as I really want my stone award. xx
With any luck, last night's Chinese won't have caught up with you yet and then if you stick to plan you'll see losses both weeks.
If you want to cut back on carbs, you could try a few Red days and then you can have extra HEXs. It's good to mx things up sometimes.Rainbowfairy - Well done on your loss! The thanks have now come back yay - though I can't add smilies as of a few months ago which drives me mad!
I've been having computer problems too until DH reset something yesterday and its improved a little. The only way I could get smilies was to do copy and paste and I couldn't get the 'more' list at all. I still have to do copy and paste, won't work on click, but they've all come back now.Really pleased as lost a lb which means I am bang on target again:j.
That's great!:T and you too rfd.
Thanks for looking up the Lazy Garlic mildredd. Like you, I'll use my jar of paste (much cheaper in the Asian shop) until it's gone and go back to Lazy. I use real garlic when I'm doing roasted veg but otherwise I'm er....lazy.;)
Didn't get shoes as I didn't see any I preferred to the ones I've got. I did treat myself to a bit of lunch: JP with tuna salad. I think it was mostly free (no mayo) but there were a few bits of sundried tomato in there. They had plain balsamic too which I drizzled on the lettuce garnish.0 -

Can I just check you are using the little chicken style pieces
I've been using the quorn chicken fillets there on offer at morissons at the moment for 99p
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/tesco-price-comparison/frozen_vegetarian/quorn_fillets_6_per_pack_312g.html
are these the wrong ones?
I can't open the link (well I can but it takes me to a registration page!), but from what it says on the link itself - frozen quorn fillets, 6 pack, I think they are free. The ones with syns are breaded or battered or garlic and herb ones. The actual plain fillets, and even some of the ones in sauces (tomato and olive sauce, smoky bbq and ginger, chilli and lime) are all free.
Sorry to cause confusion. When you said pieces in your first post I thought you meant the little pieces not the big fillets. My bad.
Brilliant news on 3.5lbs off though! Quarter of a stone! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

evening,
Would someone please do me a big favour and look up Sharwood's Ready to Wok fine noodles (150gr pouch) for me please? I am sure they have syns, but they are not in the directory. Thank you lovies xx
I made a lovely chicken noodle stir fry and I had these noodles in the cupboard. I usually use the dried ones which are free but the kids and OH prefer the Sharwood ones.0 -

Only the medium ones are listed and they are 1 syn per pack on EE/Green. Can't see them being any more than that because they are fine!
PS, they are 10.5 on a red day :eek:Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I'm just about to head out to Aldi to pick up some fruit and their gorgeous low syn couscous (1.5 syns is the biggest amount in any variety)
Mrs Ryan, is the couscous dried and just add water packet sort of thing? I am popping to Aldi later and have only seen Ainsley harriots cc in there. Is it their own make and if so what flavours are there and are syns for a whole pack/carton or per serving?
Sorry for so many questions!
xyou add water and then I put it in the microwave and yes it's their own make- there's lemon and coriander (1.5 per pack) roasted veg (0.5 per pack) and hot and spicy (0.5 per pack) hope that helps
