Sorry all I've just about been keeping up! Had a really busy few days at work.
MrsRyan well done to you and your other half, that's fantastic, have a great time at your Rugby event!
Becks - Great to see you've found your positivity! Keep going girl!
Hugs and kisses to all others needing them!!
So I need to confess... My other half wanted to treat me last night and took me for a chinese, after already a very bad week I'm feeling extremely guilty and rather sick
I have weigh in tonight so time to try and draw a line! Going to try not eating carbs with dinner this week to see if it makes a difference as I really want my stone award. xx0 -
Rainbowfairy - Well done on your loss! The thanks have now come back yay - though I can't add smilies as of a few months ago which drives me mad!
Mildredd - I know slightly mad but when I'm in the mood I'm best to act on it! Trainers and jogging bottoms now ordered!
Actually really looking forward to getting stuck in!
Had my measurements taken last week and I am 41 bust, 37 waist and 4o hip. Really want to get that waist down to 32 as that's the biggest it should be for health reasons!! Hopefully the gym will help me get rid of those inches!
The girl was concerned about what size to order me as I was coming in an inch off a 12 hip, a 20 waist and a 16 in the bust! No idea how they work these things out at all! But yes trust me to be a mix of 3 sizes lol0 -
Today's food plan
Breakfast - grapes
Lunch - poached eggs on 2 wm toast (hexb) Tom sauce (1) 2 clementines maybe an apple
Dinner - 2 ww sausages (1) sw chips, mushy peas, onions, roasted carrots, gravy(6) mango pineapple kiwi
So 8 syns today over synning the gravy as I don't know actual value so go off chip shop portion synnage - should probably weigh it all out but its more a by eye thing so ill say 6
Have a hexa to play with and 7 syns (well 6 - I over synned on my Chinese on tuesday so to be on target for 15 a day I need to save one from today and then back on track)

Afternoon
I'm just about to head out to Aldi to pick up some fruit and their gorgeous low syn couscous (1.5 syns is the biggest amount in any variety) but I thought I'd nip on quickly and post today's meal plan while waiting for the bus.
B: Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell and HiFi Rocky Road (6 syns) 2 slices WW toast (HEXB) scraping of light spread (1 syn) 2 x coffees with HEXA s/s
Mid morning snack: big bowl of Tesco frozen fruit with cherry Mullerlight
L: Mushy pea curry, Aldi couscous (I'm going to go with the 0.5 syn roasted veg one I think) mango, pint of NAS cordial
T: Peppered Quorn steaks, steamed mixed veg, colourful side salad, fresh strawberries and an Aldi yoghurt (again not sure which but the one I had last time and liked I think was 2 syns so will allow 2)
If I'm hungry later will have a MugShot and some ham.
Syns: 9.5
Body Magic: walk round Aldi/to and frm bus stop/maybe time on the exercise bike later.
Hope everyone is having a good day xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Back from WI and shopping.
Really pleased as lost a lb which means I am bang on target again:j.
Just grabbed a pack of duck sushi in Mr Ts - I wanted vegetable sushi but they didn't have any so that's 2 syns instead of 1 but the bonus is that my onion gravy recipe is a syn free one so no need to syn the sauce flour so it evens out!
I've got to head back out again in about 10 minutes so just time to grab a cup of tea before I go.

Mrs Ryan, is the couscous dried and just add water packet sort of thing? I am popping to Aldi later and have only seen Ainsley harriots cc in there. Is it their own make and if so what flavours are there and are syns for a whole pack/carton or per serving?
Sorry for so many questions!
