I'm still here - had my 'urgent' referral at the county hospital this morning... 30 miles, £3, childcare & stress to be there 30 seconds & be told they can't do anything for me & they'll pass it on to Birmingham.

I've been angry, cried, smiled & bought my bodyweight in junk food today (and bought a nice shiny car ;)) :o

    That's some style catt!!;):T

    -2.5lb please 2b

So today I got my 4 stone award

Just got back from weekend away and read that news. Brilliant mildredd!!:T Enjoy the Chinese.

I've been off plan but not greedy. This evening's supper will be my first back on the wagon and some serious reigning in is necessary until nephew's wedding at weekend. Taken some SW burgers out of freezer and will have with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, peas and SW wedges. I'll have a squirt of sauce. No measuring here, it's a tightening up I've kept in reserve in case I ever need it although I don't eat much that needs measuring really.

  • Thanks for the chart 2b, 1lb off for me this week please. Sorry to hear you are struggling.

Sorry to hear your news Catt, but congrats on the new car.

I'm vegetarian and no one in this house eats mackerel so I might be talking rubbish here, but is it possible that you can get some in oil and some in brine/spring water (like tuna), so that could be the discrepancy?

    Morning,

mackerel in Indian sauce (finally found it), thanks to whoever it was who mentioned it on here :T

It was me, hope you enjoyed it. I love it on toast or it is nice just on top of a bowl of salad and you don't need a dressing as the sauce is enough

Worth noting I got teased a bit today as I use measuring spoons for like sauce / mayo? Instead of just squirting a dollop? Am I the only one sad enough to actually measure it out

I always use measuring spoons when having tomato sauce, mayo, honey etc and I also measure my milk each morning and keep my milk in a small container and if anyone makes me a hot drink then they use my milk for my drink and stick to water or NAS squash at work.

I know I am sad but I want to work out my syns properly

Hello hello hello..!!! I'm here.. I was away for a few days but I'm back now with good news... Check it out :)
    image_zps54cd62de.jpg
:):) me and my OH have lost a combined total of 4 stone with SW although OH doesn't attend group he follows plan with me. I apparantly was the winner by a significant number of votes which I was slightly overwhelmed by- my consultant asked me to give a little speech and I'm not ashamed to say I might have shed a little tear! But everyone was so lovely and supportive and I'm thrilled :)
Found out on Friday it's my rugby club sponsor's meal next month  it's basically like a one to one meal with the player you sponsor and last year was probably the most nerve wracking thing I've done  I said to my mate I want to be in size 16 jeans for it- so on Monday I tried a pair on to see how far I've got to go- and they fit! I bought a size 16 top (my normal size) to wear with them and it looks fab! Last year I wore a size 22 t-shirt, a size 22-24 cardigan (which was tight and straining) and size 24 jeans. My mate is scoffing and thinks I won't still fit into the size 16's next month but in her mind I'm still a size 24..!!! This year I will be in size 16 top, jeans and cardie :)
Had a fab time when I was away- Thursday I was so good and managed with my 15 syns but then... Friday was my hotel brekkie. I had HEXB Weetabix, then scrambled egg, beans, mushrooms and bacon with the fat cut off. So far so good! Unfortunately I also succumbed to fried egg, fried bread, sausage and black pudding :o lunch was at gourmet burger kitchen and was a plain hamburger with loads of salad and their own homeslaw with a bottle of New Zealand lager. At the rugby I had a coffee and a bag of full fat crisps  then we went out afterwards and I had 4 pints of lager shandy and ended the night with a large kebab (no mayo and extra salad) a 4 finger white KitKat and a bottle of flavoured water. Cue massive gain, thought I, but I somehow managed to lose 2lbs!! Miracle!!!
    Today's menu:
B: HEXB Weetabix with HEXA s/s, coffee with HEXA s/s
L: Tuna and egg salad, bottle of Dr Pepper Zero
Snack: Coffee with skimmed milk (4 syns for the milk)
T: Tesco Healthy Living Salmon and Broccoli pie 2syns) steamed mixed veg, big bowl of fresh raspberries and strawberries, 2 Mullerlights, pint of NAS cordial with sparkling mineral water.
    S: MugShot
    Total: 6 syns
Body magic: I've been walking all day!
    Hope everyone's ok xx
