I'm still here - had my 'urgent' referral at the county hospital this morning... 30 miles, £3, childcare & stress to be there 30 seconds & be told they can't do anything for me & they'll pass it on to Birmingham.

I've been angry, cried, smiled & bought my bodyweight in junk food today (and bought a nice shiny car ;)) :o

I have just looked it up in the food directory(I also do SW from home) and here is the thing:

Princes Mackerel in spicy tom sauce, canned is listed in the freefoods and also
-in the "smart" syns section: mackerel fillets in spicy tom sauce, contains oil: 7.5 syns :eek::mad:

    in mustard sauce: 0.5 syns

so still none the wiser, which one I have been scoffing 2 or 3 times a week, prob the high syn ones  I'm gutted cause I love them

Only just noticed this, we must have posted at the same time.

I don't know which one Sukey has been eating, the spicy tomato I think. Me too.

I also bought the one in Indian sauce, I think these new tins are bigger 125gr in them

    thanks Mildred x

I'm having bit of a hard time at the moment, was totally in the zone and can't seem to get back into it, I am really disappointed with myself too as the scale hopping isn't showing good things :(
