Thank you so much for all the ideas around targets - I'm just going to see how I feel and go from there. I was asked for one on my first night back in august and pick a figure out of the air!!! I'm 6lb away from that now.
My group is having a taster night tonight....this is what I've made
Chickpea Dhal cakes and ham, mushroom and egg muffins......what do other people make? Are these along to right lines? The lasted taster I was there for was my second week!! A bit late now like:o0 -
Do we still have a SW consultant on here? I am still pondering over the suggestion that we shouldn't believe all we are told regarding free foods, syns etc.
Thanks in advance.0 -

I'm not a consultant, but am on my way out the door to group and good friends with mine, would you like me to ask any questions?0 -
Pennylane~ Not a consultant but I have to say I am coming round more & more to the line of thought that we need to eat free food in moderation. If we eat absolutely unlimited free foods we need to be mindful of what we eating & the quantities particularily with some fruit.
Just my thoughts. Hi All :wave;
I have not had a chance to get back on, my days are just running away with me just now. Last Monday evening was WI, 2lb lost, not looking forward to tonights as I feel bloated.
I am hoping for a 2lb loss so I get 1/2 stone sticker but I am not very hopeful even though I have stayed on plan again:(.
I have tried to mix things up a bit this week as I am very much a creature of habit & tend to have berries & Nat yoghurt for breakfast every day then salad with something & fruit for lunch but I do enjoy cooking different meals at night! 9 times out of 10 HEA's & HEB's are the same but again I have changed them about a wee bit.
I dont like to eat a lot before my Monday night WI so EE today:-
B - Blueberries, Melon, Strawberries FF Nat Yoghurt
L - Dyno Rod Soup, Blueberries, Strawberries
D - Not decided yet, perhaps the Birds eye salmon, potatoes & mixed veg
Snacks so far - yellow plum, kiwi
Drinks - 1.5 litres water, 1 green tea & half cup coffee (spilled the other half) :rotfl:
I made a south Indian Garlic Chicken Curry at weekend, its a keeper
Chilli Beef Stir Fry & Noodles was very easy & also a keeper
Sorry I have not a chance to catch up, hope you are all doing well.
They sound lovely, I love curry and noodles, could we have the recipes pls?0
