Hi Helen, I think most natural fat free yogurts are free (although i'd double check them as they change the recipes sometimes)
Most Mullerlights, WW, 0% fat activia and ski zero(??) are free, or were back in the day when I went to class.
I think we were just trying to say that although they are "free" on SW I wouldn't eat 20 a day and expect to lose weight.. (well maybe I would if that was all I was eating :rotfl:)
Hope that helps xMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Thanks, I think need to buy syn free yogurt!. I tend to eat about 5 a week max and always on frozen fruit. It's quite frustrating when you think your being good and then realise your not. Have given up my beloved Alpen porridge and some many other "heAlthy" treats... but hopefully will be worth it.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Well, off back to work today, the weekends always seem to pass quickly.
I have been off plan for the last 2 weeks (prior to this week) and didn't weigh in as I couldn't bear to see the gain but after the last week of being on plan I have lost 1lb from my last weigh in 3 weeks ago. hoping that I break in to the 13st next week :-)
Today's menu
B: cereal and milk
L: ryvita, egg, sliced meat, homemade salsa, melon, apple (not sure if I can eat all this as its a huge box of melon!)
T: sausage and bean casserole with SW wedges.
Have a good day all! :-)0 -

Also I want to keep the amount of artificial sweetener I eat to a minimum (don't get me started!) so these are ideal
I hope you realise once you cook banana you have to syn it!!You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -

Very excited to get the new Mag on thurs – always motivates meJ
I think Onken Yogurts are lovely but so not worth the syns – I hate the way things are labelled fat free as so deceptive! You would know by tasting the Onken Yogs that they are not what they seem lol.
Beanie lou did that Chocolate Monster release you? Lol

So now I've made my comments heres how I've got on
Basically have had thurs, fri and sat totally off plan!!!!
Had a Chinese on Thursday night - in my strop after wi, fri was a 3 course meal and drinks & sat was another Chinese!!!!! -banquet with friends!
And er no I didn't choose wisely lol but to be fair on Thursday I'd had a muller and a mugshot all day, Friday it was the same for lunch and then on sat just some scrambled egg and veg sausage. Hoping the disruption to normal eating followed by success express will give my body a little shock anyway - so not really bothered.
Anyway its done .................
Started Success Express yesterday, damage limitation time.............
Todays menu is
B: Muller & Grapefruit
L: Beef pieces, baby corn, leeks, sugar snap peas, potatoes, onion, peas, sweetcorn, carrots & pepperChicken Breast, Brocoli, Sugar snap peas, Mushrooms, pepper, Baby corn, Onion, Soy Sauce & 30g Dry Brown Rice
Saving my HE for an Alpen Light or Hi Fi Bar in front of tv.
Snacks - Melon
